They are wonderful at text reminders for appointments and notifying you when your cc on file has expired. They are not good at redeeming and honoring coupons. We had earned 4 coupons worth approx. $200. We assumed when we got our next massage they would automatically apply the coupons the way they have everything else automated. When we discovered they were not and we asked the owner, Dustin, to apply the coupons after the fact he would not. It's like they count on you forgetting about your coupons and hope they expire so they can gain at the customer's expense. We cancelled our membership and will not be going back. They lost two potential lifetime customers by cheating us out of a few bucks.

Later that day, she got back to me that she had a spot open up. The Reiki session itself was wonderful! Camilla's space is very relaxing and comfortable. Camilla facilitated the session very smoothly and was clear in her communication about the process. She is such a sweet and genuine person who truly has a love for what she does.
