Needed AC repair work done, which seems to have gotten done correctly, but we were waaaayyyy overbilled on Labor. Our invoice shows an in/out time of just over 4 hours in the shop, which included the lunch hour for the mechanic. So only took actual mechanical labor of just over 3 hours. We were billed according to the standard estimated job guide for 6.7 hours at $100 per hour! No resolve from the dealer upon our complaint, so called GM Customer Service. They opened an "escalation" review case, so we will see. Customer, beware of inflated labor charges from this dealer!!
