However, the front desk receptionist Rachael lacks any compassion and empathy for circumstances beyond someone's control. I hope one of her immediate family members is NEVER hospitalized with a life threatening injury beyond their control and when she calls to cancel an appointment for late in the day the person answering the call is not more preoccupied going on and on about the charge for canceling due to being less than 24 hours ( it wasn't so much about the fee, but how it was so rudely delivered ). I apologize our life threatening emergency was not predicted ahead of time.. emergencies are usually not, that's why they are called EMERGENCIES. Showing absolutely ZERO compassion of the situation even if I had to pay the fee.... Rachael could have said something like.. I'm sorry about your family member and I understand it was out of your control, but it's our policy to charge a $30 cancellation fee if appointment is canceled less than 24 hrs prior would have been nice! But she couldn't care less and she conveyed that with her attitude and tone. She is one of the absolute rudest office staff I have encountered. She is in the wrong profession and should definitely stay away from customer service! I'm sure they could care less, but I have no intention of ever returning to physical therapy there which is sad as it's needed and I loved my therapist.. but if this is how you front end staff treat your customers then no thanks as I will not allow someone to treat me so disrespectfully. His office was nice, and he had a good sense of humor. Since he was recommended and I had never had physical therapy before, I didn't investigate the going rate. He charged me $250 per session. I went to and paid for four sessions. Then I found out the going rate is less than half of what Isaac charged me. I'm now paying $100 per session. Lodestar ripped me off. Also, by discussing my medical progress in his response, Isaac is violating the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

I attended a free consultation with Lodestar. Within a minute Dr. Isaac Halliday (Doc Halliday to me) could see the issue was my left hip, not the knee. I had been compensating for the hip and creating knee problems. His diagnosis led to an MRI and x-ray that found a labrum tear, bone spur and arthritis in the hip and sacrum. I immediately began a weekly regimen of physical therapy with the good doctor at his Murray office. He gave me a variety of personalized routines that included exercises and stretches. The office has a wide variety of exercise equipment where his clients learn how to first manage their pain and then overcome it. My nerve issues have completely disappeared, and the hip/knee pain abated. I continue to do the exercises and stretches religiously. While the hip issues will never go away completely, they do not prevent me from remaining active. I have resumed all the activities I enjoyed before the discomfort arrived. Go see Isaac if you want to defeat your pain.

I was nervous as I had never been to the Chiropractor before. His staff was so friendly and patient with me, I felt like I had been going there for years after just arriving. Dr Reheisse worked on the issue and adjusted me head to toe. I appreciate the long term care plan they created for me to make sure that the PT stretches they gave me were working and that my pain was reducing. I will go back for any and all issues I've got in the future! I feel so much better!!

I will now only be able to access scheduling on the same day. This is practically impossible and not to mention inconvenient. I feel frustrated and mostly confused since I have never received a written nor verbal warning being notified regarding why I would be denied. They have now disclosed any time you cancel appt. Regardless if it's several days in advance or if it's to only to reschedule, it will still go towards your total three no shows, resulting in denial for booking future treatment. Overall I'm disappointed in the communication to better disclose policy's. I've noticed this company doesn't care about a patients experience rather than getting paid. I've had treatment at this clinic that was amazing and some that were horrible but continue to rebook bc I found one provider in the clinic that gives their patients full service and attention compared to other that rush or they will sit on the computer for more than half of the appt only leaving maybe 15 min of actually receiving a treatment.

I then lived my life for 45 years, with curves stable at 41 degrees each, no brace, no daily pain. No one told me that when I hit menopause, my scoliosis would start to get worse. I feel I am a good judge of practitioner performance. I am a full-time nomadic RV traveler, and I chose this office because I can pass by during my travels and do follow-ups as needed for the rest of my life. I can say with confidence that I really loved finding this practice after my curves started growing again.
