I was a new client, and had been referred to by one of my relatives. I'm not usually the type to go to the doctor unless I have to, so I was hesitant at first. Im so so glad I came in! I was able to get an appointment pretty quickly, and the employees are great at communication and worked with my schedule. Once I got to the office, Rachael kindly and patiently worked with me to determine exactly where the pain was coming from, and explained to me the source(s) of the problem. For someone that walked in knowing NOTHING about neck/shoulder anatomy, this was super helpful and actually really interesting. We found the problem spot, and I was given stretches and exercises to practice routinely in order to reduce the pain in my neck. After just a couple days of following Rachael's instructions, I was already feeling so much better. I returned for a couple of follow-ups, and after that, I was pretty much finished! The pain had subsided, and I had all the information I needed to continue if I had the same issue in the future. Now, two months later, I have 0 pain thanks to Rachael and her instructions. Following an ACL repair surgery, I was instructed to meet with a physical therapist twice a week. My insurance suggested Brent, but the past 5 weeks of working with him have been extremely disappointing. He rarely works with me, and instead has a 1st year physical therapy student spend time with me. Instead of taking time to train the student and instruct me in exercises to strengthen my leg, he chooses to be on his cell phone, step away from the office, or work on his computer. I am very dissatisfied with my experience, and would suggest that you look for a more devoted physical therapist.
