I'm a frequent customer at this place. The quality control of service and food is great and stays consistent. This is a fast food place so my expectations for them align with other fast food places. Sometimes the place is so packed and busy with in-store customers and drive-thru customers that it takes them about 15 minutes or more to get your order out to you starting from the moment you place your order with the cashier. It's loud with multiple conversations going on. Thankfully there's outdoor seating if you'd like some quiet to enjoy your food. read more

Even after traveling for 30 minutes in the car my burger came out looking like something off a commercial. This is one of my favorite in n out locations! Like everyone else in Colorado. I've been anxiously awaiting the opening of in n out Colorado and for the lines to die down. Alas the lines are in sane but worth the wait ! They do a decent job of labeling out which lane you need to get into to get into in n out. The confusing part of the "event line up" line means drive thru. If you make the first right turn you're going to end up in dine in. Which IMO is better and faster! There's ample parking, you get in a short in person line and are able to order your food. We came on a beautiful weekend where it wasn't horrible to stand outside. Put in our order and waited 15ish mins before it all came out. There are a decent amount of indoor seating and ample outdoor seating. Honestly if you can't find a spot pop open your trunk, enjoy the Colorado sun and eat in your car! Hot, fresh Cali fries. Delicious burgers. My one compliant is the soda was flat. I know people just love and rave about In-N-Out but I'm not one of those people. As far as their service and staff, they would get 5 stars for their friendliness and efficiency. Their burgers are good, as an onion lover, I especially like that a whole slice of onion is an option. However, the problem is the fries. I have watched them make their fries and was sure they were using discarded Amazon boxes but no, actual real potatoes are used. You wouldn't know it by the taste. The burger was pretty good, but not great to warrant all the hype. No taste of classic hamburger meat, & just no seasoning at all eitherI had to salt it.  This is my 2nd try at In-N-Out burger here in town. 1st time was during the pandemic so only went thru drive thru. Shake was the only part of that meal I enjoyed as the fries were cold as.was the burger. This time , I went inside and it was around dinner time and the staff was in full swing and moving things through well. Nice smiling energetic people. Now since I asked for no sauce/(i.e. ketchup, mayo or mustard & NO ONION) I  am pretty certain everything was made to my order ( which is what they do for every order they say) and with the amount of people ordering, burger should be right off the grill.  I sat and waited about 5 minutes and when I brought it back to the table to eat it, this burger still wasn't hot and neither were the fries! The cheese was slightly melted and stuck to the bun & the bun is toasted so it adhered to the bun. The Lettuce and tomato slices were also fresh. The fact is the fries were almost cold...again, even though this was in the middle of dinner hour and turnover  was happening quick enough & no one had food sitting. I took the fries back after sampling just 3 and they did give me a new basket, at least these were warm. I still didn't finish them. The Only way to describe it is as if by using freshly cut potatoes, they didn't fry long enough and did not turn into hot and delicious fries that should happen when working with fresh products.  Do they just try cooking them a little and forget that they are fresh, not frozen? Do they not know they need to be cooked through? They didnt "just open" today, so what is that  about, because it should not be a doneness issue when you have been in business for as long as they have. I may try the burger one more time, but not the fries. And if I was unsure before, seeing 2 basket of fries mostly uneaten on the ground in the parking space next to my car, it was the confirmation that others have been dissatisfied as well. Interesting that it's been a miss on the burger and fries which are all supposed to be better than other fast food chains but so far, only the shake is the tastiest part of what I have had here. read more

I love a random trip to In-n-out which is now made possible by their Colorado locations! My now go to is getting a cheese burger with whole grilled onion and the bun double toasted eaten with a pack of spread and well done fries. Although the location was busy, the service at the counter was quick and friendly. This location yielded a much smoother experience compared to the Aurora location (except for the traffic) and I look forward to coming here again after doing some shopping at Park Meadows. Getting here can be an interesting experience, as the drive thru line has a tendency to back up onto Chester and County Line road. I always choose to order at the counter to avoid super long waits. I came in with two friends during the late afternoon on a Saturday and I waited ~20 minutes for our food? We got a table outside and there was a staff member there that was able to procure some ketchup, salt and pepper for our food which was a nice touch. My fries were done perfectly! They were crispier just as I wanted which I hadn't experienced in my trips to the Aurora location. I'm excited to come back! Great, now I'm thinking about the spread..... read more

Ok so I was told when I head out west I had to go to In-N-Out Burger. So here I am. The place is super busy as it appears to be a new location and everyone wants to try it out. I suggest the double-double as the patties are a little thin but that is where the flavor comes from. Fries are fresh cut and crispy like I love them. It reminds me of Steak n Shake in Florida. So darn happy there is now an In and Out just 10 minutes away. Just tried a 3x2 and loved the extra mustard grilled patty. I am an animal style burger eater and just love In and Out. I am happy that they finally made their way to Colorado! Where's the iconic twin palm trees? Perhaps pine trees for CO? Lol I'm from California and these are hands down the best "fast food" burgers!! And I'm not just saying it because I'm from Cali, but to point out that I'm an experienced customer. The fries are either you like em or you don't. They're fresh cut and definitely taste different in texture than frozen ones at McDonald's. If you don't like them plain, try their "animal style" fries (picture below). I have to admit this was the first time I had been to an In-N-Out in Colorado. I had dreaded the long lines but it was Friday and Mr. H and I paused work for a quick bite to eat. Being gluten-free and dairy-free leaves me with very few quick serve options. I was stunned at how efficient and friendly the staff was. Decent enough burger and fries. Just be prepared to wait at least half an hour for your food as the lines are long. In my opinion it's faster to skip the drive thru and eat inside assuming you can find a parking spot. Also the animal style sauce makes it better for sure. read more

I know some people knock on the fires here but you have to try them animal style, just so good with the melted cheese and spread on top! Also one secret everyone needs to try is get chopped chilies on your burger and fries! It's a wonderful addition and most people don't know it's a option. Last recommendation is don't wait in the drive through it's always incredibly long plus the food here is fresh unlike other fast food options. First I would say the burgers are good, the fries are ok. They could use some more salt and would taste better with garlic too. When you walk into the building it's fun and peppy. We live several states away from any In-N-Out so we're pretty ti led to see In-N-Out opened in Denver. It's only eight hours from home.... The wait was about 2.0 minutes to order and the traffic flow was well marked. Our order was goofed a bit but we pulled around and they brought it out after a bit. We had shakes, burgers, and fries.
