I was a little surprised by some of the reviews for this location. It was conveniently located near the baseball fields, and after a long day I was ready for a good burger and some air conditioning. This In-N-Out appears to be fairly new and was exceptionally clean both inside and out--exactly what you'd expect from an In-N-Out. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. Our order was prepared quickly, accurately, and the food was exactly what you'd expect: fresh, hot, and consistently good. We came through 20 min after they opened so "I should've known better", but no, I don't want to use that as an excuse anymore. Everything was going great, everyone was super nice, it was going at its usual fast pace, then everything slowed down. I know we have to wait a few min for the "well done" fries, but 10 min at the window and I get a cold burger and regular lukewarm fries. C'Mon y'all. From the moment you order at the speaker, to paying and then to the window where you pick up your order they read your order back to you each time. So where is the misstep that my order isn't being made correctly!? It's not gonna stop me from coming here, it's near the house, it's the best priced for the quality and value and the service is great. It's just the consistency is lacking and I hope the time comes where I won't have to worry about that anymore. First time here, but we know they all look alike. This store first opened in September 2021, and I'm just now trying it. well I'm behind aren't I? The #2 is always a good choice. If you haven't realized already, all In-N-Out Burgers have a set up where they get their food supplies with 75 miles from their stores. My burger was hot & my fries cooked perfectly. Coca-Cola products but I'll take a Lite Lemonade instead. Service was great, staff took my red bin for me when I was done. Restrooms were clean. If I could give it a negative star I would it's been twice that we have gone here and I order my meal for it to be all wrong. What's hard to get it right a double double with cheese protein style. I get a whole burger with no lettuce. Second time I said a double double with cheese lettuce wrapped so they wouldn't mess it up and here we are giving a negative review. Not sure where the miscommunication is at but they need better training and managers. Put me in I'll manage the place and get everybody in line. Don't waste your time here. read more

This location has become my go to roadtrip lunch stop. For whatever reason, no matter what time of day I come here, I've never been stuck in a long drive thru line (though I have seen pics on here that that is not always the case). And even if there are cars in front of me, the line moves at a much better rate than other In-N-Out locations. The staff does a great job of making sure everyone gets, well, in and out of there as fast as possible. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Often times I have my 2 indecisive kids in the back seat so having them decide between a burger & cheeseburger can take longer than it should. Whomever is working the order station is always patient and not pushy in the slightest while we beg the kids to decide. And when we get up to the window, they almost always have stickers waiting for them as if to say 'thank you for picking!' It's always much appreciated by them. Food is, as you would expect, fresh and clearly made to order. Often times the fries are so fresh I need to wait a beat to eat them which is a strange disappointed as the fries are usually the first thing I eat when eating in the car (mainly because they don't seem to keep as well as the burgers). So, if you're in the area and you've got a craving, be sure to check this location out. You won't be disappointed. read more

As with all new restaurants, the lines were long; however, I chose to get down. The line for inside the restaurant was not as long. There were 20+ people working/training and everyone was friendly. A worker noticed I was still waiting for my food and he asked for my order number and went back to retrieve it. Other employees were walking around the restaurant checking in on customers. I waited about 15 minutes total which I didn't think was bad for it being extremely busy. Getting in to the location is a little chaotic, but they had a security guard and workers directing traffic. The food was fresh and hot so that's always good. I live closest to this location and look forward to visiting it more often. Keep up the good work! read more

The food comes hot within like 5 minutes tops. What more could you ask for? The pricing is affordable despite all the changes going on, and they've remained consistent throughout their time in business. The one on Riggin Ave (Visalia, CA) seldom does too much. I know they're literally all the same (even down to the layout), but the Riggin location is a lot less packed at certain times throughout the day, so you don't have to worry about waiting as long. Good ambiance despite usually only going through their drive-thru, and the staff is usually respectful despite their fast-paced environment. I only eat plain burgers with the meat and the bun since my body reacts to foods differently now, but if you're low on cash and you need something solid, In-N-Out will never let you down. read more

In-N-Out has been a long time favorite of mine. Animal style burger and cheese fries are my usual go to. I normally go through the drive thru but the line was long and moving slow so I went inside. This cashier was the first person to greet me and was rude from the get go. I ordered fries for my son by saying well done plain fries because I was going to order cheese fries and animal style fries. She said, "what do you mean by plain?" Due to an allergy, I cannot eat onions. When I placed my order, the cashier acted confused and then said something rude (correcting the way I ordered my burger) and rolled her eyes at the same time. I rarely give bad reviews. This place consistently gets my order wrong. I love in n out because it's typically fast, consistently good, and affordable without feeling like gross fast food. I go here probably once a week as a treat and my order has been wrong over and over again. In the last two months I've had my order correct maybe 1-2x. I keep coming back because I try not to complain. Today I placed my order and told myself if they didn't get my order correct I wasn't coming back here again. Sure enough, completely messed up my order. It wasn't even busy either. I understand things get messed up here and there as well as peak service times. 3 stars for food because in n out is undeniably the best fast food burger joint in the country. With that, the customer service and speed of the drive through is terrible. I approached the drive through and realized there was a short line. I pulled straight up to the ordering radio. I had to repeat myself 3 times for the two burgers I ordered. I truly don't think the woman taking orders was even paying attention. Obviously her mind was somewhere else besides her job. So after my order was placed, I proceeded to wait. There were only 3 cars ahead of me to get to the paying window , and I'm assuming another 3 ahead of them. So we can safely say there were only 6 cars in line... at in n out.... After 15 min, yes 15 min, I made it to the first window to pay. I received my receipt and proceeded to check it to be sure it was correct. It was correct. I then waited 10 more min to get to the 2nd window. I finally arrived and to my surprise I had to wait at the window for 5 min to receive my 2 burgers and 2 fries. And funniest thing I rolled out without checking my order and both burgers were wrong. There were no onions on my double and my girlfriend received tomatoes and spread when she didn't want either. Our fry wells were burnt to a crisp. I've given this new location too many chances. Every time we visit service is terrible and orders are wrong. Don't waste your time here. Drive 10 min down the road and sit in the Mooney in n out line with 30 cars in it and you'll be through in 15 min with orders exactly the way you ordered. Mooney in n out - 5 stars forever read more
