I would give 5 stars but ordering "no beans" seems to always throw the entire staff for a loop. 50% of the time they mess up my order and I have to give it back and wait for them to remake it. I had a delivery driver who also happened to pick up my orders from here. We got to talking about other spots in town and I mentioned this place and he says, "ohhh you're THAT Frank". Automatically I'm like "uh oh" lol. Now before you start wondering "two sides to every story"; here's mine. I order a burrito combo with a large limonada. I ask for my burrito with just meat and rice, sometimes onions. I ask for it to be grilled. I asked for (2) to (3) serrano peppers on the side. Before they "disappeared" off of GrubHub, they had a button on their page for sauces. They don't charge for them on the app and don't have a quantity cap, so i usually ask for around (4) to (5) green and the same in habanero. The burritos are big and I'm a salsa kind of guy lol. If 10 sauces overall is too much, then that's fine. At least give me something lol. I've been given (0) or (1) at times. My burrito is 50/50 sometimes grilled, sometimes not "mostly not", they will forget my drinks from time to time. When i ask the driver, they say they weren't given a drink. My food has come cold, the meat has been chewy and fatty. I've had to get refunds on orders because of the quality. So I always ask the drivers to make sure my drinks are there and my sauces are in the bag. But here I've been, coming back cause i was genuinely a happy customer more times than not. Then to randomly hear from a delivery driver who's picked up your orders from here before, you've been talked "sh$t' about. So much that he even contemplated telling me "DONT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE". This is a place you've given business to on a regular basis! It's disheartening and it hurts. My last review was even a good one lol. Needless to say I'm not coming back. Pretty messed up too, cause i was happy to see them come to town since i first encountered them in Bakersfield. Oh well.. talk all the crap you want now, hope you read this. However, there are kiosks you can order off of or you can order via the app, or even tableside via a QR Code. He was helpful and answered my question. I asked if the Root Beer came with free refills since it was a float and the dispenser is behind the counter. He told me the Root Beer has free refills and if I wanted more Ice Cream, there would be an additional charge. I think it is the same price as buying a cone for $0.99. I can't remember, but I remember thinking I would've just bought the cone and put the ice cream in my mug & eaten the cone. I requested the Frosty Mug. I actually thought I ordered the keepsake mug, but the total for my float was less than the cost of the mug, so I knew I wasn't keeping the mug. I truly enjoyed my Root Beer Float especially after walking up and down Main Street in Downtown Visalia for a few hours in the heat. It was smooth and delicious! I couldn't resist getting the refill on the Root Beer! I made sure to save a little ice cream from the first fill. I'm glad I stopped in for the Root Beer Float! I did ask at the window and they were able to switch it to a diet soda so that made me feel a lot because I know the burger and fries were more than enough calorie wise. I got my tried and through number one double double animal style and regular fries. Hadn't been able to have anything here for a couple of years as we don't have one nearby but it was definitely worth the drive. I was so miserably stuffed before I even was done with my burger but they have such a good fresh taste you just can't help yourself. Fries here are either a love or hate thing and I happen to love them so with that in a giant drink with really nice ice I was a happy camper. Only wish there was one close to me so I could visit more often. And for anybody who is not familiar with In-N-Out yes the lines in the drive-through are worth it!
