Requested quote and installation of wood privacy fence…read more Quality of fence is mostly good. There are boards on back fence that didn't get screwed down. There's a 5" gap in the main gate, that needs to be fixed. I've contacted them numerous time by text and phone. Each time, they promised to fix it and even set up an appointment. They have been no call, no show each time. I've been told they came by and no one answered the door . We have dogs, cameras and door bell and we were home all 3 days promised, waiting for someone to show. They didn't come by, call, text or email me. Since they were coming to Florissant, MO from Alton, IL, it makes no sense to come by and not make contact. The quote of the fence was not honored. I was told they didn't quote one side of the property. That I didn't request it. Not true, they measured all sides. I have a witness to that. The quote was $8000, actual price $9800! I was told they needed to buy more material for the project. However, we never saw them deliver anything else. They also loaded up the rest of the material that we paid for twice, and took it away with them. Customer service and follow up repair has been very poor. I have pets, they're the reason we installed the fence. They are at risk of getting out of the yard.

They said they would provide proof with photos - the photos they sent were not even from our house. There was a black fence in the photos - we are not allowed to have a black fence in our subdivision. The employees can not agree on what the upcharges are and their paperwork is conflicting with the charges as well, but they would not stand by that. Three different pieces of paperwork with three different meanings/charges. You can not have customers sign conflicting paperwork. How can you upcharge for 5 or so things and have those charges not be consistent on all of your paperwork. Its crazy! They said those up charges would be coming out of their workers pay. So they have to upcharge their customers in order to pay their employees? It also made me extremely uncomfortable that the salesman came by my home un announced. So disappointed to say the least.
