Hired Glenn and his son to do some deck work. They, removed one of the two staircases coming off…read morethe deck, changed out the old wood railing system for the maintenance free kind, all new support posts and rotten deck board repairs, replaced the fascia with maintenance free boards to match the railing system, added a new gate at the top of the stairs, a new gate was also added to the fence below. They chiseled out 3 old deck piers no longer in use. They did a fantastic job. They were here around 8am every morning. They cleaned up their area every day. Both Glenn and Caleb were easy to talk to and answered any questions and concerns we had through the process. Overall, a couple of really nice guys that worked really hard each day they were here. We really appreciate all the work that went into making our project look great, meet code and to be strong and sturdy. Would definately hire again. If you need quality work done, give them a call!

My partner made the mistake of helping cover some of the contractor's expenses upfront, and the project was never finished. We were left with doors that don't open, doors held on with liquid nails, unfinished cabinets, a dented dryer, and incomplete painting throughout the laundry room. After paying, the contractor sent a Formal Notice of Termination and left the job in an unacceptable state. His contract stated (the project is substantially complete) whatever that means.... Posting this after 10 months of living in the house, and I'm beyond frustrated. I reported backyard…read moredrainage issues immediately after the builder laid sod. Their first excuse? Blamed silt runoff from an unfinished lot and promised to fix it later. Months went by--more excuses, more delays. At the 10-month warranty mark, they suddenly claimed it's "normal" for the swale to stay wet because of the clay soil, small lots, and irrigation, and that standing water for up to 48 hours is acceptable. Seriously? Then they had the audacity to suggest I pay for a French drain or dry creek to fix the mess they created. This is textbook deceptive practice--stringing homeowners along until the warranty period runs out, then dumping the problem back on you. If you value transparency, quality, and builders who actually stand behind their work--look elsewhere. I would never recommend this builder to anyone. Total lack of responsibility and integrity.

When they found out they were not pushing me into a bigger job, the owner became so rude on the phone that I had to hang up. I'm chalking it up to a lesson learned and to always check reviews and other sources completely before choosing a company to call. They say it's a Christian company, but I hesitate to see that.
