First impression, Super impressed by the gym and the facility and how clean it was. So many different equipment options, couldn't wait to try some new workouts. They accommodate for all people, all shapes , sizes, and gender. They have extremely friendly staff and very knowledgeable trainers. The Check in processes needs some work but very happy with how I was greeted and showed around the gym and introduced to the other trainers in the class that evening. They have several TVs hanging around the walls showing you the next workout, if you are ever lost to look up and check the monitor, and if the trainer was around he would demonstrate it for you. To start we did about a 5-7 minute warm-up to get the blood pumping. (Great thing, can't workout on a cold start) Once the was done we jumped in to our zones. Each zone may vary between 3-4 people and they do about 3-4 rounds with short rest in between. Very normal for a High intensity interval training workout. Their workouts vary everyday and so you target different muscle groups each time. On the particular night I was involved with a heavy cardio day and light weights. After years of searching, I have found the perfect balance to a trainer and workout facility. The staff are professionals that LOVE what they are doing. They practice what they teach. So many years working out and I am still learning, tweaking, and realizing I have been doing sets all wrong. After a double mastectomy and COVID I struggle with weight gain, motivation and frustration. Now I am focusing on getting my strength back. The rest will come. Now, what I said dealt with the coaches and staff, but the members are just as motivating and encouraging. Only serious athletes need to apply. You will be pushed and encouraged. I like that they have late classes, I was there for their last boot camp of the day at 8:30pm. It was a variety of jump rope, weights, box jumps and push ups. The trainer was explaining every move and correcting form when needed. There is a screen at the top where they have all the moves with times and repetitions so you can always glance back at the screen if you need to plus the coach will help if you are lost. The format and the exercises are great. The coaches corrects your form, if necessary and also encourages you to challenge yourself-believe that you can. I've taken classes at fitness studios with similar formats, but RZone is on a different level! I highly recommend. Please open at least one RZone in North Miami because right now the studios are located in Pinecrest, Kendall, Coral Gables and Doral. It's difficult for me to take classes unless I'm off from work or unless I travel from North Miami in the evening to Coral Gables or Doral. This is a bit much, but I have and probably will take classes again at some point because I love the format.

I'm going to write this review as impartially and respectfully as I can. Here goes nothing…read more... I've been a member of Porky's (yeah), Planet Fitness, Elev8tion, CrossFit gyms, YouFit, LA Fitness, Retro Fitness, and so many others. My most recent membership was with infamous since January of 2021 till today, August 2021. You can imagine I've seen a lot and honestly I'm picky about where I train. A few friends told me not to go to Infamous, that I wouldn't like it, but I wanted to try it myself. This gym is picture perfect until you step inside. It's smells, it's old, it's crowded, there's never any parking, and it's dirty. Let me get into the details. I've been thinking about leaving this gym for a while now and I was really giving it a chance because I can tell that the owners are trying their best to add newer machines and repair damages around the gym but... it's just not enough. They have five stair masters and only 1 works. The rest of the cardio machines are treadmills or old and beat up ellipticals/bikes. There are definitely not enough functioning cardio machines. About 80- 90% of the weightlifting machines are super old. There are not enough plates (weights) in all sections of the gym. The bathrooms are always disgusting (I won't even say what I saw and smelled today). Everything is dirty around the gym in general too. Whenever I ask for a spray to clean the machine they never know where it is... Even throughout COVID, they didn't have cleaning supplies... last but not least: parking. Parking is an awful situation here at any time of day. They also have a ridiculous $25.00 fee for a one-day pass. They don't let you try out the gym for free for a few days either. They don't let you have a guest either. They're standards are high but what they offer isn't even worth it. To me, it's the little things. That gym has potential but I'm not waiting around. I hope they read my review and I don't care if they hate me... they should thank me and work on these things so more people who actually keep their membership there.
