They specialize in P.I.I.T (partner interval training) where you move from station to station with your partner and push/motivate eachother as much as you can, making the workout more effective and more fun knowing youre not alone. At Legacy Fit you get a complete body workout in a 1 hour session. Theres something about technique that gets your body toned yet curvy in all the right places (ladies). Its always a challenge and you never get tired of the same routine. Legacy is for everyone. Anyone can give it a try. I was extremely overweignt when i started and did not think i could do half the exercises but with time and motivation from the trainers i am now super confident in how i perform.

The bathrooms are never clean. Yesterday they were flooded; today they were just plain filthy. Nobody was around cleaning either time. You look up at the vents, and they're packed with dust -- possibly mold. The equipment is often covered in sweat stains, and half the time there's no cleaning spray or paper towels to wipe anything down. For what members pay, that's just unacceptable. Service is hit or miss. Most of the staff are friendly on a good day, but today the front attendant seemed completely uninterested. There's rarely anyone walking the floor making sure things are in order or helping maintain basic gym etiquette. Quality is decent -- there's a lot of equipment, and most of it works -- but it's chaos trying to find what you need. Weights are never where they belong, and no one enforces re-racking. You'll find a 50-pound dumbbell in the 10-pound slot more often than not. That kind of disorganization really kills the experience. Efficiency suffers because of all of the above. Between the crowding, the lack of cleaning supplies, and the "meat market" culture where people are more focused on chatting and flirting than actually working out, it's hard to get in, train, and get out efficiently. Value is average. The monthly fee isn't terrible, but given how dirty and disorganized this gym is, it doesn't feel worth it. South Florida gyms can and should do better -- especially one carrying the UFC name. Overall: -- Could be a five-star gym if it were maintained with the same discipline UFC represents. The management there seems really cool (I can't imagine they would be ok with this) but the last month or so, it's been going down hill. Right now, it's a 1-2 star experience at best.

All my muscles were wakened up! Every day is a different one hour training. The ingenuity and the creativity of the staff in creating a complete body exercises is beyond imagination. The scary type of gym people who don't know any better imagine, Except, there was nothing scary about it. Familiar faces, classical Equipment and the knowledge that you were gonna leave better than when you came. Miami Iron Gym takes me back to that. It's a place where grunting is allowed so long as you retail your weights. There's no link alarm and no texting. You don't workout, you train. No wannaBe drill sergeants shouting Etsy quotes at you while they film themselves. It's beautiful: people lifting. Imagine that. I was in town and didn't want to skip Leg day so I paid the drop in fee and spoke to Mr Juan at the front desk who was great. I made very sure to get my moneys worth in their variety of machines. This place is no frills and looks like the place you go to see some genuine changes in your mind and body.
