I was able to get ahold of the gym and actually everything has turned around almost immediately. Gym is clean and looking great.

Great gym but who ever did their AV did an amazing job. Worth going here just for the clean wiring and attention to detail!

Overall: Cleanliness: Service: Quality: Efficiency: Value: I really want to love this location -- it has the space, the equipment, and the potential -- but it honestly can be one of the dirtiest gyms I've been to in Miami. The bathrooms are never clean. Yesterday they were flooded; today they were just plain filthy. Nobody was around cleaning either time. You look up at the vents, and they're packed with dust -- possibly mold. The equipment is often covered in sweat stains, and half the time there's no cleaning spray or paper towels to wipe anything down. For what members pay, that's just unacceptable. Service is hit or miss. Most of the staff are friendly on a good day, but today the front attendant seemed completely uninterested. There's rarely anyone walking the floor making sure things are in order or helping maintain basic gym etiquette. Quality is decent -- there's a lot of equipment, and most of it works -- but it's chaos trying to find what you need. Weights are never where they belong, and no one enforces re-racking. You'll find a 50-pound dumbbell in the 10-pound slot more often than not. That kind of disorganization really kills the experience. Efficiency suffers because of all of the above. Between the crowding, the lack of cleaning supplies, and the "meat market" culture where people are more focused on chatting and flirting than actually working out, it's hard to get in, train, and get out efficiently. Value is average. The monthly fee isn't terrible, but given how dirty and disorganized this gym is, it doesn't feel worth it. South Florida gyms can and should do better -- especially one carrying the UFC name. Overall: -- Could be a five-star gym if it were maintained with the same discipline UFC represents. The management there seems really cool (I can't imagine they would be ok with this) but the last month or so, it's been going down hill. Right now, it's a 1-2 star experience at best. read more

Horrible! The woman named Nush had the worst most disrespectful attitude I have ever encountered. I walked into the gym trying to simply cancel my membership but of course I was told I had to wait. After 40 minutes I had went to ask a simple question because this was getting ridiculous. When I went to do that Nosh was avoiding eye contact with and then proceeded to give me the biggest attitude ever telling me non sense about all her appointments and how busy she is! And guess what after a whole hour of waiting they told me that Nosh, even after knowing I was here to cancel told me she could do nothing! That I would have to speak to "Ana" only? She knew I was here for that reason and told me an hour after an hour of waiting and her attitude. I was very sweet with her so i'm not sure why this attitude was given. You should've seen the way she was talking to me getting all agitated and stuff. Ridiculous i don't know who hired her but she needs to be let go immediately. read more

Not impressed with the service and staff from this location, upon getting there I told them I was going for my trial day to try the gym and asked some info about the classes they had at that time, they were clueless, the sales guy was was supposed to give me a tour never showed and no one explained anything about the gym. The gym really looks very nice, has great equipment, variety of classes for what I could read on the screens and a very nice view! I only wish the staff was nicer or at least took the time to explain what they offer and maybe I would have joined! read more

I've been coming to this gym for over a year now and it's been a great transition. I recently picked up Boxing with Coach Paul and it's been such a fun addition to my workout routine. Super attentive and on time. We utilize every minute of the hour that we have each week and really make it worthwhile. He makes it so easy to learn and want to continue to do. I really like that I have both options in the same place and don't need to be driving to two different places. read more

I signed up online with the promise that I will be able to cancel via my telephone at any time I would like if the service was not functional anymore to. I have moved far away from Miami and unfortunately, I would not be needing any of their services. I sent two emails to the corresponding link that they would have to send all the cancellation information to. On the website, they have a cancellation fill out form. I filled out three of those sentiment completely with all the information required to be able to find my membership and cancel it. Now I wake up and not only did I get charged the $54 for my membership, but I got charged another $64 for God knows what. Trying to reach their customer support is an absolute nightmare , and because I no longer live in Miami canceling my membership in person is impossible. Now I have to go to the length of disputing discharge and they're waiting for another card to come in. Are you looking for a gym? Don't join this gym !!! You're better off going to crunch fitness which has newer equipment a sauna a steam room just for $20 a month with one dollar signing fee ! Half of the UFC GYM is in accessible because of classes because of training programs, boot camps or recovery equipment, which is an add-on. Something that seemed like a safe haven being two minutes away from my old household, has now become the cause of my migraine . !!!!!!Whatever you do do not join this gym!!!! read more

I have been a member of this gym for over a year. Since that time, the gym equipment and amenities have gotten progressively worse. Much of the equipment is broken and takes weeks, if not months to fix. Currently, the two most popular machines (free motion cables with the two arms) are both broken and have been broken for two weeks during the busiest time of the year (New Years). Additionally, there are several cable handles missing. Many of the machines and benches have the knobs to change the position missing as well. Additionally, the bathrooms are a complete disaster, most of the faucets don't work, the latch to the bathroom stalls are broken or missing, the lockers are always locked and the showers much of the time, do not have soap. Also, since I joined (OVER A YEAR!!) the electrical outlet closest to the hand dryers does not work. Mind you, I have complained to the manager (Luke) several times about this and many other issues, but I really don't think he cares cause nothing ever gets resolved. This gym is very disappointing from the hidden fees, unprofessional employees and the crowds. It is always packed from 7 to 12 and from 4 to 9. Music is always being loudly played and is very distracting. The temperature is boiling as well at all hours and you feel like you're about to faint (even hotter when there is more people). Not only this a lot of machines are broken, dirty, or have rips in the leather and are extremely squeaky and loud, once the an machine was broken for 3 weeks straight. DO NOT JOIN!!!!! You need to ask what day is their billing cycle because this gym will pressure you to sign the contract and charge you sep from the billing cycle. I joint and paid $250. Within 3 days they charged me $150 additional. When I asked why, they told me that I should have known. I asked for the general manager and after 2 minutes he said "I'm canceling your membership." I only went 3 times and they charged me $250! They will take your money and cancel your membership. Absolutely horrible!!!! read more
