I have been on the journey of weight loss through tirzepitide for a little over 6 months. I have…read morehad amazing results so far. I came across bodies by design through a friend. The prices were a lot less than I was currently paying. I ordered a 2ml vial of the medication. I was called 5 days later to pick up the vial from the clinic. Once I arrived home, I measured my vial and was noticably short. I was short 50 units. The vial contained 1.5ml instead of the 2ml. That amount may not seem like much, but that made a 4 week supply turn into a 3 week supply for me. On average the cost of 50 units is around $$150! I immediately called the clinic to let them know. After speaking with Kelly she informed me, basically nothing could be done and it was my fault for not checking the vial. I was never asked to check the vial, never told I needed to. I just assumed you would sell me a correct product. After she speaking to her, she told me basically I was at fault and they would not be correcting the problem. Lesson learned! Terrible customer service, terrible accountability, cheaper is not always better, especially when you don't get the amount you pay for! So anyone picking up a vial of medication make sure you check it before leaving, if they short you it's your fault. No one will even attempt to make it right!

I went in desperate for some help and left so aggravated. They wouldn't schedule a colonoscopy/endoscopy together, they wouldn't tell me what my out of pocket would be for the procedures, they didn't even call to tell me what my blood results were after they were received. I had to send a separate email asking for those results to me mailed to my home. Leaving the office that day, I had a receipt showing a $0 balance and then received a letter in the mail for $50 balance. I wouldn't recommend this office at all! It had been nothing but a waste of a day off work and a waste of money! Even after all of that, I have been pointed out as the bad person this entire time. I was given a medication that "may not even help". Common sense says when you give something that may not work, you don't call in a 3 month supply of it. You call in a month and see if it works and then go from there. That said possibly working medication was $120 after insurance. This whole ordeal has been nothing but a money scam. Please do yourself a favor...and go elsewhere.
