This store is absolutely amazing. The staff here are 1 in a million. Dean, Tyler, Isiah, Emily, Aspasia, and the ENTIRE crew are the BEST pharmacists, and sales associates I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. While the prices are still too high, and there's still a huge lack of new products coming in, this store stands out. Hopefully, the company will get it together and give us some variety of new products and the prices will come down soon. Until then ill continue to drive to Bristol just to see this crew of people bc no other store has ever taken the time and effort to take care of me the way the ALWAYS have. read more

Way over priced. Quality is always hit or miss. You cant see/smell product for freshness. Rise rips off Virginia customers. Look at other states where they are. Better prices. THERE ARE OTHER OPTIONS IN Virginia. Don't waste your time or $$$ with rise. read more

I must say that im pretty angry at the fact after doing some research on nearby dispensaries and after I have spent almost 200$ for only 2 grams of concentrates I am pretty freaking pissed and I was totally taken full advantage of for what i though was "better" and was supposed to be "quality medical grade" I have had better from literally any african american person i know and I can get the same comparable quality product at any local "sharing" or "donating" for "free gifts" places you can google online like the Zarati Shops in the area for just about 30$ a gram. Its really sad that medical companies stand behind their legal Privileges and Medical status to use as power and leverage to control and profit off of average every day working class people who can really benefit from these newly legalized products but cant afford it. i looked up the average cost of medical marijuana by the state and no joke they are literally almost 3x times more expensive here than in other states with medical dispensaries the difference between the prices here at these locations in VA is so far apart it just shows that these people running RISE are downright greedy crooks, and its only a matter of time before everyone in this area figures that out and they will start losing tons of customers to these CBD places with "sharing programs" and i will make sure that everyone i know knows this information as well.
