This office took an appointment from me, I was able to get in quickly. I accidentally forgot our followup appointment (the time was changed by the office and I didn't change that time in my calendar). When I called deeply apologetic the office staff were nice and were able to fit me in later that day. Unheard of customer service in the medical industry. Dr. Zuckermann listened intently to my concerns. I've unfortunately become used to doctors dismissing me, which is frustrating as a mother who spends all of her time with her children and sees something isn't right. He immediately agreed to run tests and went over the results with me carefully. While my son didn't test positive for food allergies Dr. Zuckermann encouraged me and my motherly instinct to continue looking for the culprit for my son's illness. When addressed the receptionist was nonchalant and just said ok we will fix it. But why was it there in the first place. Very sketchy. When I arrived to my follow-up appointment the rude receptionist said I had a balance on my account. So I paid it on my UHC app. After 20 mins she told me that I will not be seen until my balance is paid. I advised her that I paid it and showed her the receipt. She said she didn't see it on her end and I let her know that it says it may take a while to show as posted. She then asked me what UHC was. You would think she would know the abbreviation of United health care. Smh. At this point I was annoyed because when booking the appointment they could have told me that I would not be seen until my payment posted. It was very unprofessional and the receptionist was very ghetto. I ended up just canceling my appointment because I had to take time away from work to see a doctor that had me waiting 20 minutes just to tell me that I can't be seen. I can't make this up. And then I was prescribed some mediocre cream. After doing my research I learned that doctors wouldn't recommend this cream. The worst pediatrician office, the nurses staff is the rude, condescending, cruel to babies and…read moreshould not work at pediatrician office. they treat certain patients differently based on how you look and this is disgusting when dealing with kids. i bring my daughter there to get her vacine , and my daughter 1 year old doesnt like the covid masks the nurses wear. one nurse is nice and always removes the mask so my daughter doesnt cry. we go for another vaccine and i ask a different nurse to remove the mask. she gets a huge attitude with me, refuses and says its policy to wear mask, she is nasty and trashy about it. this is a lie, because doctor doesnt even wear mask. i asked for the other nurse we normally have, a simple fix and the other nurse said no problem. the other nurse who refused to remove mask told the manager and manager became aggressive and said it is policy they all must wear masks. again, this is a lie because doctor doesnt wear. also, if i say my baby is scared, she still is okay with the mask?? she is cruel for this and should not work there. they are okay with babies being scared and possible trauma. afterwards, they allowed the situation to escalate to screaming cursing and aggressive in front of other families. complete trash staff do not go here.

The office staff is sooo friendly and accommodating, they send prescriptions, complete insurance forms, school forms and sports paperwork without any hassle.
