Office 212 745 7727.. So I called them 4 times (last week and today) just to get the simplest answer Y or N. Instead they just took my info again..promised to call me back.. And then nothing!! I just keep calling them but they r useless.. Its such a waste of time..it is frustrating!! Very very very disappointed with the office staff.. Didn't even have a chance to meet a Doctor!! I just found out I have an underactive thyroid. No longer concerned about the scar. She told me there was a slim chance of this happening. Very cocky and so sure of herself. I really liked her in the beginning, but now, my opinion of her has changed-drastically. I am now in desperate search of an endocrinologist...all to save my life to keep that damn nodule from growing every few months.

Dr. Tran was also very nice, attentive and thorough.And competent. This does all come at a price - I got out of there two hours after my appt time. So for those of you on a tight schedule, this is not your place. But if you have been dealing with a problem for a few years, and thorough, excellent doctors are your priority, it may be worth it. It was for me. I assume she was running late because she takes the time to make sure she investigates your situation thoroughly. I am seriously still surprised she was that attentive because in the past three years with this problem, I have only one other doctor be that attentive.. a family friend. I saw two other ENTs previously that were competent, but not that attentive or personable. I am so grateful I found this office..I will probably go back to her colleague rather than her because he specializes in my area, but I would be happy to see her again. I am taking off a star only because of the lateness..
