When I arrived, two employees were talking to each other at the front cash register. I stood there since I didnt know if i was supposed to sign in or pick a color or just wait. I felt ignored and thought to leave. I decided to stay since I had a appointment. I was then greeted a few minutes later and I mentioned i had an appointment and was there for a pedicure. The space was clean and i saw employees actively sanitizing. Tony did my pedicure and he was very nice. I would return if in the area. I paid with cash and a basic pedicure was 37. My hot towel service and my pedicure water were both not hot. If I return, I would request hotter water and warmer towels.

The last place that had done my nails had a wreck them and I was embarrassed even show them to anyone her eyes popped when she saw them. She said don't worry we will fix you right up. My nails are so beautiful I cannot believe it they look exactly like my own nails and the color she chose for me is out of this world. Both she and the other nail technician (whose name I can't remember!) did an excellent job. I would definitely go back while in the area. My only complaint (which has nothing to do with the service itself) is that they need a better sign! Because it's on the second floor, it took us a hot minute to spot it.

And the woman really got my callouses well- one thing I always look forward to and a lot of places don't take care of my callouses, so I was happy! I have noticed, in general, that women tend to take their time over men. My mom had the gentleman and it seemed like he was a bit faster than the woman. This is something I just observe everywhere I go. But my mom was very pleased. I may be more critical than she is haha. Overall, I'm very very happy and will continue to come here whenever I visit.
