But this last time was horrible. I went in and there were two girls on the couch just chowing down food. No one greeted me or said anything. Finally one got up and said - "you can sit there - I have to wash my hands" and pointed to the chair. I had let my eyebrows grow in a little bit so I was expecting the person to take some time and do some trimming as well as the threading. No ... didn't happen. I was in there for probably no more than two minutes total and one minute was when she was washing her hands. When they ask me to look at them, unfortunately I can't see real well until I get home. Not such a good job and I noticed a little tear in my skin around my eyebrow. Also, when I went to pay, I had to listen to her discussion with her friend (who was behind the counter eating) discuss something about her phone. I don't understand how you can do business like this and your policy "by appointment only." This woman may be good at her craft, but at this point I could care less to even find out. My suggestion is that if she is that overwhelmed with clientele that she can't respond to potential customers, she should invest in an assistant to manage her appointment book.
