He was here periodically but they were here sux days after he promised they'd be done in 3.5 days max. And, weather played only a small isolated role in that. I was concerned that the roof would leak so I called and the lady on the phone said, there's nothing we can do about that unless you want to go up on the roof yourself to patch it.., mind you I have a 3 story house. After that, they came out and did an estimate about a week later. Crickets.... nothing for 2 weeks until someone from the company came out again to look at the house.. he didn't go on the roof, no drone, nothing.. but left within a minute and said, I have everything I need and said I'd have an estimate that day. I asked about when I can expect the work done... he said next week. I called and called, got answers like the manager isn't in.. then they stopped answering my phone calls, they just rang and rang so my husband called with his cell phone they picked up on the 1st ring said the manager is out of town and we should expect a call late in the week.., crickets.. phones not being answered.. another 2 weeks went by and my husband got through again. This time he was told that all the guys that work for Able were told to clear their schedules to help a relative clean out a house. Crickets AGAIN. We have heard nothing and they're still not answering their phones. It's been over TWO MONTHS and I haven't even gotten an estimate. Do NOT use this company... thankfully our roof has now been repaired by a reliable company (and had it done within a week of the estimate). F Able roofing!!

I was told I could request a refund. I requested that refund on July 28. I was told it was being processed that afternoon. On August 13 they told me the check would not have been approved until August 6 and then mailed on August 7. I was told the latest it would arrive was August 21. When I called today I was told the check was never even processed. On top of this their water inspection came back several days late - "worst-case scenario is next week around Monday" and it came Wednesday. Their radon inspection came back with incorrect information that they told me they could not correct until they got their device back 2 days later. Apparently they are unable to edit PDFs. I never received the corrected radon inspection. Completely unprofessional.

Jenson came by to look at the roof and said he would send someone to reattach the siding. That was December 3rd. I have reached out to the company several times but get no response. They promised a quote for the roof job and that was never delivered. I guess I have to call another company and pay to get my siding reattached. They do a nice job, but obviously don't care once the work is complete. If this is how they treat a return customer I can't recommend this company.
