I've never seen such a clean storage facility. I looked at their outdoor units (no AC), but ultimately chose an indoor unit with AC. Both are great options but being indoors means you don't have to worry about rain, snow, or heat - definite perk. I highly recommend this place and would use it again if ever needed.

Diane in the front office couldn't have been more kind. She took me on a tour of the facility to see where my locker was going to be. She got me all setup with a free lock to use as well. She made sure there wasn't any questions I had with the paperwork. When I needed to change locker size due to needing to store more stuff, Diane was there to make the transition painless. She showed me where my new locker was going to be and made sure there were no questions left unanswered. The extra mile she went was much appreciated. The Facility is clean and well maintained. Plenty of moving supply options. The ability to rent their moving truck is a huge bonus. I would recommend them to anyone that needed a place to store their stuff.

I pulled into the bay and Bryan and another worker unloaded my aluminum items quickly, and brought me my receipt to go to the cashier. The cashier handed me my money and the whole transaction happened rapidly. Bryan went above and beyond helping me, as he even offered to recycle the cardboard lining my vehicle. I took a load of stripped copper there today and the weight of my truck with the skid in the back…read morewas 6620 and when I checked out they said it was only 6420 and that I only brought in 220 pounds of copper. I questioned the weight they had a guy go back and looked at the pile and he said he put it in a scale and showed me a pic that was only I think 158 pounds and said I got a deal I know that I had 400 plus pounds but they already dumped it off the skid so I was screwed so buyer beware you would probably be better off taking your scrap someplace else. What also was strange was tars on my truck was 120 pounds lighter today than yesterday I could understand a few pounds but not 120 pounds
