The last 2 times I noticed and the cleaning lady was very nice about helping and rewashed my laundry because she saw it for herself that my laundry didn't was properly. I'm at the point where I'm tired of so called clean laundry. If im paying I need to get my money's worth. This seems like a easy way for the owners to make money. The machines get clogged because foreign customers come in not knowing where to put their pods, powder detergent, etc. It doesn't take all this time to make spanish signs to ensure customers are properly using the machines. If I were the owners and running a business, I would be sure to protect my equipment and business retention. Just sad and laziness on the owners behalf. Also the dryers take several cycles to dry so they're also not maintained enough as they should be. After speaking with the husband (owner) I tried calling him back to discuss the dryers but he turned his phone off.

She was very friendly and made sure she had my info right and assured me it would be ready in time for the event. Got them back this morning and they look like brand new shirts! She even put a plasty thingy on the collar and folded the sleeves nicely with a clip to hold them in place. Was painless and easy and will go to them again the next time. Hope this helps.

I have a quince silk skirt- not the highest price for silk, but still silk and nice. They dug safety pins through the skirt and damaged the fabric! Why in the WORLD would that ever happen? I dry clean a lot of silk, and never have I had them damaged like this! Were the stains removed? Yes- were my other garments taken care of? Yes. They get 2 stars for the basic functions of this service but don't give them anything that you don't want them to take extra care of. There are a lot of cleaners in the area and this first experience is enough to put me off them.
