Not happy at all with this storage facility. Upon me moving my stuff out I noticed that the every…read morewas covered in dirt and totes, boxes had spider eggs on them. Let me state that I had movers move my stuff in the unit. I was told that the unit was solid, they sprayed for spiders and that it was a gated storage facility. The gate for the outside storage area has been broke for months and they obviously don't spray for spiders. After removing boxes from the back wall, we noticed that the back wall is not sealed. You can see to the outside!!! They raise prices once get your stuff in. Have called management and they have offered no discount or any type of refund. I don't mind paying for something when it is truly what I was supposed to be getting. We did have another unit with them and had no problem. That unit was under the building , but still an outside drive up unit. Attached you will find a video of the unit and one of the many piles of dirt that was swept up. Definitely not worth the $140 a month. Make sure you check the units that are completely out. Very poor customer relations when it comes to having a problem.
