I told him I would be in the next day. I didn't make it but went in on a Saturday shortly before they closed. Jeff didn't at all seem bothered at my late arrival. We discussed the prices and they had gone up a little vs the online price, without question he honored the price and we went to look at the unit. It was POURING rain and he grabbed an umbrella, made sure myself and my 1 year old daughter were dry while he got soaked. Getting my unit all ready to go for me to move in and the paperwork, he offered to hold my daughter for me, she went right to him. (He isn't creepy lol, he has kids and was offering to help me out and was very kind) so I filled out the paperwork. He went over insurance with me and did not pressure me at all! I did opt for the cheaper plan because we didn't have a big unit. I am very happy about where we chose to store our stuff for a short time here with A storage Inn. I can't recommend them any more! The line was starting to back up for a drop off, and he checked in with each car to see what was needed. He was able to route people to the correct spot to shorten the wait time. I pulled into the bay and Bryan and another worker unloaded my aluminum items quickly, and brought me my receipt to go to the cashier. The cashier handed me my money and the whole transaction happened rapidly. Bryan went above and beyond helping me, as he even offered to recycle the cardboard lining my vehicle. I questioned the weight they had a guy go back and looked at the pile and he said he put it in a scale and showed me a pic that was only I think 158 pounds and said I got a deal I know that I had 400 plus pounds but they already dumped it off the skid so I was screwed so buyer beware you would probably be better off taking your scrap someplace else. What also was strange was tars on my truck was 120 pounds lighter today than yesterday I could understand a few pounds but not 120 pounds
