We are in the process of selling our current home and building a new one and were in need of storage fast! My husband spoke with Robyn on the phone about pricing and units--I went and looked at the units. Chose one and filled out the paperwork and we were all set! She is a wonderful person to work with and was very friendly, outgoing and accommodating! The facility is very well kept and she took a lot of time to show me our unit, show me how to use it and to have all my paperwork together and easy to store. She was very helpful and made me feel confident that we made a great decision in renting from A Storage Inn. We feel that the facility is in a safe and nice area and we feel that our household of belongings will be safe and sound until they come back home! Robyn lives very near by and is available 24/7 if there is a safety or other concern at the storage facility. We also find it very convenient that all of the units are drive-up and we are quickly able to unload are vehicles and will have a very quick clean out when our house is complete. It is a great value and the experience of working with this company has been great! We would use their services again in the future and would recommend A Storage Inn to our friends and family. read more

Place seams nice, and is gated. Not completely secure though, since I had the ramps from my trailer stolen from the lot. Yes, I should have had them more secured myself, I guess I let the part about it being a secured/gated facility put me into a false sense of security. read more

I couldn't be happier with the service i have received at A storage inn. I reserved my unit online late at night. First thing next morning I got the confirmation call from Jeff, the manager. I told him I would be in the next day. I didn't make it but went in on a Saturday shortly before they closed. Jeff didn't at all seem bothered at my late arrival. We discussed the prices and they had gone up a little vs the online price, without question he honored the price and we went to look at the unit. It was POURING rain and he grabbed an umbrella, made sure myself and my 1 year old daughter were dry while he got soaked. Getting my unit all ready to go for me to move in and the paperwork, he offered to hold my daughter for me, she went right to him. (He isn't creepy lol, he has kids and was offering to help me out and was very kind) so I filled out the paperwork. He went over insurance with me and did not pressure me at all! I did opt for the cheaper plan because we didn't have a big unit. I am very happy about where we chose to store our stuff for a short time here with A storage Inn. I can't recommend them any more! Doesn't look like much from the road but clean, dry, well kept, great staff to work with and after 2 years my belongings were exactly the way I stored them. Bottom line everything you want from a storage facility. read more

The service here is unparalleled and so efficient. After seeing the great reviews, I called them on a Saturday about 2 pm a week prior to my move. Robyn answered and was eager to help. The only day I was able to make it in that weekend was Sunday. They are closed, but she didn't even hesitate to say she'd be more than happy to come in anyway for me to see the units. That was my first inclination that I no longer needed to shop around. As accommodating as she was about coming in on her day off, I didn't want to make her do that. So I came in on a week day instead. The storage units are spacious, clean, dry and ample area to load up in front of each. They were running a few specials so I jumped on one I thought would fit my needs. Skipping ahead to my move day, I got concerned my unit was most likely smaller than what would fit all my stuff and the movers confirmed it. Of course, this is on another Sunday, but thank goodness Robyn gave me her cell number. She showed up before my movers even did to meet me and gave me the bigger unit I needed on her day off. And with a smile! Good employees are hard to come by, so I hope A Storage Unit knows what a gem they have in Robyn. She's made a stressful day and situation into smooth sailing. Thank you Robyn!!!!! Been searching for a storage lot for my camper. Majority of places I contacted didn't respond or provide any quality information. I placed a online inquiry with A Storage Inn and within 10 minutes Jeff called me back answering all my questions and providing me a opportunity to look at the spots. Upon arrival, Becky greeted us and was friendly and helpful in showing us the available locations. We were treated with respect, which is hard to find these days.
