However, after the move was completed, I was charged $655 -- with no clear explanation. On top of that, they broke my desk during the move and showed no responsibility. When I initially scheduled the move, I spoke with Charles, who advised me to book directly through their company (not U-Haul) to save money. I specifically asked whether I needed to provide a truck, and Charles assured me that a truck was included in the $380 price. I booked the move for 9/20/25 at 9:00 AM. The movers showed up at 9:00 AM but said they had not been told to bring a truck. They left and didn't return until around 11:00 AM -- with a U-Haul truck. The move was completed at approximately 2:15 PM, and I was suddenly charged $655. When I called Charles to dispute the charge, he admitted I had been overcharged and offered a $45 refund. He then told me they had added $250 for the truck, even though I was originally told the truck was included. I checked U-Haul's rates myself -- I could've rented the same truck for just $45. To make matters worse, when I tried to pay the movers via Cash App, a warning popped up saying the number I was sending money to had been reported multiple times for scamming. Consider this a warning: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They were dishonest about pricing, unprofessional in communication, broke my furniture, and used a payment method flagged for fraud. You risk being overcharged, misled, and having your belongings damaged.

Worst Move of My Life -- Everything Destroyed I have moved…read moremany times in my life -- across states, even across countries -- and I have never experienced anything as horrible as this company. When my belongings arrived, every single box was crushed. The ones clearly labeled "fragile" were smashed beyond repair. My furniture was treated like garbage -- not a single piece arrived without stains, dents, or serious damage. One item even looked like it had been kicked, with a large gash at the bottom. Wardrobe boxes that I had purchased from U-Haul and carefully packed were destroyed. The driver admitted he was embarrassed to deliver them in that condition, and then tried to act like he was doing me a favor by repacking my clothes -- which he completely ruined. Many of my clothes with sentimental and financial value were dumped into boxes like trash. Some may be saved with expensive dry cleaning, but most are ruined forever. The movers themselves were polite in person, but the way my belongings were handled was beyond negligent -- it was outright careless. The only thing that wasn't destroyed was my Peloton bike, which they clearly knew they'd be liable for. Everything else was fair game. This company shows zero respect for their customers' belongings. If you care about your furniture, clothes, or anything of value, stay far, far away from Weleski Transfer. They turned what should have been a normal move into an absolute nightmare.

I later learned this from the company's own representative, who also said the employees involved were let go. Several other items were also damaged during the move. I have now been following up for over two months, and no resolution or compensation for the missing table or the additional damage has been provided, despite multiple promises. I have filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

However, the movers were an hour late and showed up with an extra person than I was not originally quoted. Which is fine, if it doesn't change my quote, but what I was charged ended up being expodentially higher than what I anticipated based on the quote. Especially since I moved a majority of my items before they arrived. I had most of the items already ready and took apart and put together my bed itself. I even assisted helping move what I had left by loading the smaller items in my car. I moved most of the items before they even arrived so they had really only had the heavy/bigger items that I couldn't take myself. There were also 30 minutes I couldn't even find the movers, even after calling them. I had moved 6 minutes down the road but it took them over 30 minutes to arrive. I had driven back, double checked they got everything, locked everything up, came back to the new place, and still waited another 15 minutes. So they were off somewhere unknown to me. This also lowered my trust in their service. When I asked for an itemized receipt so I could double check how I was being charged, I never heard from them again. If you do decide to use this company, you should know that the quality is excellent because they take care in how your items are moved, their professionalism and communication is great but you may hear them complaining if items are heavy. I think the funniest comment I heard from them was "Everything is heavy Up in this Crib". I would recommend ensuring someone is there the entire time to ensure you track when they leave and when they arrive at the new location and have them itemize the receipt before sending you the bill. A vague receipt won't do to make sure you aren't overcharged.

Bang It Out Moving failed to complete my long-distance move from PA to NC in November 2024. During…read morethe estimate, I told them that previous movers had underestimated the size of my move. They assured me they would be fully prepared and that everything would fit in their truck. On moving day, after the truck was nearly full, they told me that several of my belongings--including a solid wood antique dining table and a bookshelf--wouldn't fit. They offered no solution at the time. After delivering the rest of my items in NC, I asked for a discount since they hadn't completed the move. They refused, but then offered to go back and pick up the remaining items, store them, and deliver them when they were next in the area. Over the next several months, I followed up repeatedly. They eventually offered to replace the table instead, but stopped responding when I proposed a reasonable replacement amount. I still have not received the undelivered items or any compensation. This company breached its written contract and has refused to resolve the issue. I've filed a complaint with the FMCSA and am sharing my experience publicly so others can make informed decisions.
