He was a runt of a litter and was 10days from turning 1yrs old with his siblings and mama . Just when we thought he was getting better from his virus and we were finally over the mountain he started eating and drinking. He passed away at home suddenly. He went to nap and never woke back up. I never dealt with a dog passing away before. Especially one of my own. I couldn't think straight. The veterinarian Hospital placed us in touch with Pet Meadow. They treated us with so much respect, ,compassion , kindness & empathy. They helped with every step and decision. I even had my husband with me in case I was to emotionally upset to make proper decisions. I was very pleased with them. They went above and beyond. Sadly my oldest dog has passed away this morning June 8th, 2025 . Clyde is 15 years old and fought cancer and other health issues. He led a fulfilled life . We rescued him when he was 2 with his mama . He was my first dog ever . A pure Bread Beagle. He gave us so much joy and happiness. I have not stopped crying since he passed away at home this morning . We immediately called Pet Meadow and we are receiving the same awesome treatment as a few months ago . Tomorrow he gets cremated. We all have our own experiences and I'm not trying to put anyone's opinions down during such devastating loss in their life . I'm sad to hear how disappointed you were and wished to see all reviews top 5 stars . My hearts are with you all . No matter good or bad reviews. Grief and loss of a fur-baby is horrible. Thank you Pet Meadow for your positive experience with me . Hoping tomorrow brings us another positive experience too.

The cremation of my pet was put on hold because I looked at the keepsakes items on their pet portal…read morebut did not purchase any. Three weeks after they received my pet's remains they called asking if I wanted any keepsakes. I returned their call saying I did not want any keepsakes and asked when the ashes would be ready. I was told 10-14 days is their timeframe. I pointed out my pet has already been there for 3 weeks. I was told they would prioritize my pet. The only thing worse than having to euthanize your pet is learning their remains have been hanging around the crematorium for three weeks all because I didn't purchase any keepsakes. The lack of sensitivity is overwhelming.

My cat, Jasper, was very ill and hospitalized there for 4 days. The emergency room veterinarians and technicians were amazing. One ER doctor called me multiple times over the course of 2 days just to keep me updated on my baby. How amazing! Then Jasper was transferred from emergency medicine to the internal medicine team. This is when we met Dr. DiBenedetto- our hero. I cannot say enough amazing things about this man. He showed true compassion towards me and Jasper, he worked extremely hard to determine what was causing Jaspers illness, spent a great deal of time providing me with all the details of his illness, treated him appropriately, and SAVED HIM! Nine days after discharge, Jasper started to feel unwell again. Luckily we already had a follow up visit scheduled, so off we went to Redbank again. Dr. DiBenedetto promptly determined the diagnosis, explained to me in detail what we could do to help him, and provided me with honest and empathetic options. We decided to treat Jasper at home, as funds were tight after a 4 day hospital stay. Now two weeks after that last visit, Jasper is THRIVING!! He saved him for 2nd time!! Jasper turned 9 on June 6th and I owe it all to Redbank's amazing staff- especially Dr. DiBenedetto, his tech Liz, and the rest of the internal medicine team. The empathy, compassion, thoroughness, respectfulness, and intelligence that Dr. DiBenedetto possesses is truly exceptional. Thank you!!!! PS- I also love that they have a coffee station, water, tea, and a vending machine. The establishment is always very clean and the front desk staff are polite. All the techs have always treated me and my pets with respect and compassion.
