He was soaking wet and matted from being in a wet crate for 6 days. His belly was raw and infected. They said they would take care of any vet bills but my certified letter with the bill k sent to them was returned. Most of the time I didn't know where my dog was. They picked him up late and delivered him much later than expected. Their van clearly had been in accidents as both sides were damaged and when they left my house they went off the road and needed to be pulled out. They haven't a clue about caring for animals much less running a responsible business. They should be put out of business.

Each visit was followed by a report of everything tended to, how the kittens were doing, and photos of the kittens during the visit. We have already scheduled additional visits through Fur-Friend Care for another trip, and will continue to do so in the future.
