NEVER AGAIN!!! My friend and I bought our best friend a giftcard for her second child. She came in to treat herself ( 4 days after the gift card expired because well life gets a little chaotic w 2 kids!) And they refused to honor the card. On top of not honoring it, they were incredibly RUDE to us! I asked to speak to the manager and the woman told me "he's not going to want to talk to you!!!" Never again!!! read more

Omgggg!! I've never been so excited to write a review. Mind you, I'm not even one to write reviews to being with BUT omg this nail salon has to be the B E S T one in dade county. From the moment you walk in, the vibe, the staff, and most important; THIER WORK! Unbelievable. I did my gel acrylic nails with Hau (I think that's how you spell it) and my lord Jesus let me tell you he is one of a kind. Worst service that I've ever experienced at a nail salon. I've been getting gel manicures every 3 weeks for years so I know how to maintain them. I moved so wanted to find a new salon to become a regular at in Miami and drove out to iNail Spa thinking that would be the one. Came in before a very special occasion the following week. The nails started to peel off in 4 days and were all off in 7 days. I called multiple times trying to have someone help me rectify the situation and nobody would help. VERY RUDE - would not honor a gift certificate we bought for a friend (6 months expiration date) - no one realized it had an expiration date since most things don't now a days if if they do it's usually a year not 6 months, was 4 days past the "expiration date" and they wouldn't accept it, owner said she would give my friend a $10 discount. This is not the way people should do business or treat loyal customers. I will never be going back there again. read more

When I moved to Miami I tried pretty much every salon under the sun and only this one now led by Annie showed me great customer service, hygiene (a no brainer but yet overlooked in so many places), and a manicure/pedicure exactly the way you want it. Just moved here from CT and needed a fill!! Most places in the area say 'starting at $__' but if you want a 'cut down' it's extra. Since when is a cut down not included in a fill? Went to inail this afternoon and saw Bella, I called ahead and asked the price, and at the end, the original price was my price! I was nervous because I have used the same nail tech for the last 15 years... Bella did a FANTASTIC job!!! She was quick, friendly, and my almond shape nails have never looked better!! I got a basic manicure done here last week. I'm a licensed cosmetologist and I usually do my own nails but my friend and I thought it would be fun to go get our nails done. My manicure lasted a whole day or two and my cuticles are so cut up and dried out now. Not to mention I literally had 1 minute to pick out a color before I had to sit down. I used to love this salon until the service started getting worse and worse, and the technicians became extremely rude. Besides rude treatment, they hate cutting cuticles and overbook clients. They're constantly telling people it's okay to come in when they are totally full. Last experience there I was told I needed to wait 15 mins because the only technician available had a problem with me........excuse me?? I have been coming here for a while and used to have a good rapport with the technicians, but unfortunately I will not be returning. I pay a signifiant amount of money to get my nails done and deserve a lot more respect than that. RUDE read more

I was BILKED, they're chiseling operators at the iNail Spa! Second time now they charged me for a service I DID NOT ASK FOR. I have been bilked twice now by these penny pinching money grubbing chiseling operators. I brought this additional charge to Jacob's attention and he laughed, (laughed?!) and told me "we charge $10,00 extra to use the callus remover" and laughed(?) I told him that I asked for a pedicure for $28.00, he told me "oh she used the callus remover (looks like a cheese grater) and that costs $10.00 extra for the Premium Pedi. I told him that if she gave me a Premium Pedi then why didn't she give me the Premium Pedi works such as pumice stone, sugar scrub, warm towels???!! Jacob laughed! He laughed! These people are CHEAP SKATES, MONEY GRUBBING, PENNY PINCHING CHISELERS!! NEVER GO THERE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. read more

Came on a Sunday afternoon, and despite the fact that i made an appointment (and they picked the time for me) i still had to wait 45 minutes. I kept myself busy by catching up on the phone with my friend, so i didn't make a big deal about it. The owner guy (the one who sits right at the front) did my nails, i requested a full set acrylic. He did an OK job building and shaping the nails, but i have had much better before. Now, with the painting, he did terrible. I could have done a better job myself. I thought he is going to clean with acetone around the edges, but i had to ask him to do so. He tried but i could just tell he was just over it... I actually had to do it myself when i got home. The pedicure was good, the lady who did my feet, was very nice and gave a good massage. That's the only reason for the 2 stars. At the end, when i was paying the owner tried to tell me it was $55 for the full set. Are you kidding me? it says it on their menu that its $35. So i asked him why is the extra $20? He said because of the length and shape. First of all, they not that long, i mean yes they not super short but not crazy long either. And they are pointy... So what? If anything he should have let me know before he started to work on them... After he tried to bargain with me and said OK its $45 then..... So i grabbed the menu, and asked him to show me where does it say about the extra charges.... Nowhere!! it doesn't even say Full set $35 and up, it clearly just say $35!!!! So thats what i ended up paying. I think i made a valid point, and again, if anything he should have let me know before that there was an extra charge..... He got upset and told me this was the last time he did my nails. Mmmmm, NO PROBLEM!! Not like i was going to come back anyways. I still ended up tipping 15% (i always tip 20) because i felt bad for the lady who did my pedicure.... read more
