One of the BEST parts of the spa was the relaxation room where you go before or after your massage. It has the beautiful views and cozy feel. I say was because on this last visit certain key elements were missing: 1) they were not diffusing that magical esencia smell that was their signature, 2) no gentle music playing in the background, and 3) they removed what feels like half of their seating/lounging. The room used to have little seating areas that were cozy as singles or group and those have changed to benches.... Benches! I was so sad. They still have the 6 lounge chairs that look outside but the rest of the cozy spaces are not there. People just awkwardly sat on benches to wait for their massage. I have to say this knocked out 2 stars for me and was a game changer for returning as their is no real place to unwind to either prep for your massage or unwind and regroup after you finish your spa experience. The rest of the amenities worked well. The area for steam room, sauna and jacuzzis is also bright now unlike the dimmer lights from before. Overall, it is still a good spa, but I might explore others unless I hear some of the changes have been fixed.

I followed Heydi to her new salon because she is phenomenal ! The space is immaculate with state of the art massage / pedi chairs. The music is perfect and the ambiance relaxing. Most of all the service is outstanding !! I am never rushed and my mani & pedi is perfection ( she cures my ingrown toe nails) ! Hands down, the best gel or regular mani / pedi I have ever experienced. My favorite place. All the nail techs do quality work and take pride in it. They are all professional, courteous and caring. No matter how busy, you never feel rushed. They did not have the color to match my nails which was fine, I said I could do another color. A color change from regular polish to gel should take 15 minutes. They said "you know, I don't think they want to do this service". I mentioned again, it was just a color change. The lady hunched her shoulders and repeated herself. I observed the shop, 2 customers 4 visible employees, no one looked like me. Perhaps they make so much money they can turn away all business but it did not look like it.
