Challenging class. It was my first time here since I'm out of town. I liked the instructor the only thing I didn't like is no one really acknowledged me. It was self check in and the instructor was talking to someone else when I got settled. But nothing after class either. So great place to slip in and out of. I did like they had deodorant and dry shampoo. They also have showers but bring a towel or I did see some up front you can probably rent. The other thing is the cold towels smelled like chlorine, would be nice if they used some essential oils. I'd return though. read more

Fantastic hot yoga in a beautiful high end facility! I love the cold wet wash cloth the give you at the end to place over your eyes.

I got the chance to drop in for my first HOT yoga session!! While I was visiting some friends. I have attended multiple yoga classes out here in Santa Monica but the hot yoga really makes a difference. The room was very well sented with essential oils, a very relaxing ambient space with zero noise pollution, and the instructor was very talented! It's taken me WAY TOO LONG to write this review... This place was my introduction to yoga. Through all my travels these past 2 years ( Thailand, California, Arizona and Utah) I honestly haven't been able to find a class or a studio that compares to this sanctuary that Valerie and Anthony have created. I credit Valerie's class to deep healing I experienced during my time in Utah as well as the initiation to a deeper connection to my own body. This studio is owned by a badass, beautiful, authentic, loving hardworking mom who embodies what it means to be a healer and leader during this crazy time. The classes are meant for all levels and there are a variety of classes offered at a really reasonable rate. I took Acro yoga, vinyasa flow, Kundalini yoga, and a few other types of yoga. They also offer Ariel yoga and more work out style classes. The teachers are really friendly and do there best to support you and are more then happy to help with modifying poses and correcting posture if asked. Also unlike other studios I have been to Valerie and the other teachers work hard to create community and help everyone feel authentically loved and welcomed.
