The situation was so traumatic for him that he doesn't even want to speak about it with his family or therapists. His mom and family were also traumatized as she could hear him begging for his mom when she ran in the door. This child is verbal and not aggressive as he tends to isolate himself when he is upset. The providers here handled a child's crisis in the worst way possible. Children deserve better- especially children who need help and care and expect to get it at a center made to help them.

We have been here about 11 months, and the changes in our kid's behavior have changed so drastically for the better! It is important to note that many of the therapist here have been around for a while. The turnover is quite low- therapist usually only leaving because their studies are complete and are moving back home or to a bigger city for employment. The receptionist is very lovely and a very welcoming face for CARD. When schedule changes are needed on our end, the office manger almost always helps us find a solution. Keeping the line of communication open here is VERY helpful. Couldn't be happier with the progress the kiddo has made. Have also made some (hopefully life long) adult friends here.

I can say HOPE Group is truly amazing right now. I am currently receiving habilitation and vocational rehabilitation services through HOPE Group. I am on the path to achieving more independence through these services. At work, I work with my HOPE coach to understand how to do my job well. We have frequent conversations on the phone about how to handle certain situations at work or even to just share joyful updates. I wouldn't be where I am today at work without the support of my HOPE Coach and I will apply the systems she taught me as I continue to do my job independently. In my personal life, my habilitation provider Ali and I work on goals like cooking and walking across the street. We also talk about life and work. She even met my parents a few weeks ago. I came across a text message in which she expressed inappropriate views about patients at her current place of employment. As someone working in the healthcare field, particularly with individuals experiencing behavioral or mental health challenges, it is deeply concerning and unacceptable for her to refer to patients as "crazy." Patients of all ages come to your facility seeking genuine behavioral and mental health support. These individuals are acknowledging their conditions and actively seeking professional help, which should be met with compassion, dignity, and respect. I have grave concerns regarding the lack of empathy and professionalism displayed by this staff member, as this behavior appears inconsistent with the standard of safe, respectful, and adequate patient care that should be upheld. I respectfully ask that this matter be taken seriously to help preserve a culture of professionalism, compassion, and accountability within your organization. Patients of all ages deserve sincere care, understanding, and support during vulnerable times in their lives. At this time, based on my understanding, no accountability action but a signed form was given regarding the involvement of the employee. Please take this into consideration when deciding where to receive care and services. Patient privacy and confidentiality should always be treated as a priority.

Everything was good till evaluation. The DR. That everyone praises because she is experienced gave me a bad experience. I didn't know what to say . But she was really paying attention when she was doing the assessment MULTIPLE TIMES She was flossing to the camera me and my husband saw . She also ended with are you ready to hear your results ? Like if it was a joke . You probably hear or said this things where parents don't have the knowledge to get it done or know what I can do to help my child more. I contacted the help support line and questioned my opinion when I asked if I can get a second opinion. They went off to say I have to wait a year or talk to the insurance. So they don't do second revise wasted my year evaluation waited for months and so I really hope this company takes care of their next clients this was a bad experience.
