This is a dishonest, misleading company that preys on new business for upsell of tax processing service.

Paid for SCorp filing it was never filed, asked for refund once I found out it was never filed and I was basically told to piss off!

FALSE ADVERTISING - Service That Took 23 Days Then Failed, Refund Refused Paid $454 for "expedited" LLC + EIN service on 11/26/24 (Order #225100147520). Bizee (formerly Incfile) advertised "1 business day" filing - I have Wayback Machine screenshots proving this claim. Reality: LLC approved 11/27 (on time), but EIN wasn't filed until 12/19 - 23 days late! Then IRS rejected it due to Bizee filing the wrong type, causing a 90+ day paper processing delay. My business operations are completely blocked. Requested refund 12/23, refused 12/24 despite documented service failures. Filed BBB and NY Attorney General complaints. False advertising + incompetent execution + refusal to make it right = avoid Bizee. read more

WARNING TO ALL... Immediate fraudulent activity within hours of completing my LLC with bizee.com aka IncFile LONG STORY AS SHORT AS I COULD... I entered all of my information into bizee.com... Received emails and text along the way on the progress of my LLC... all of this smooth. Lastly, I received communication by (text and email) that my LLC was now complete and that I could order my EIN number (link provided)... Keep in mind these last communications advising me that my LLC was complete were seamless in delivery times... In fact, one of the communications that I received (with the fraudulent link) was sent to me approx right BEFORE I received from notification from bizee that my company LLC was completed, which is what appears to tie everything together to bizee. The perpetrators knew that my LLC was completed approx the same time bizee communicated that my llc had been completed... The communication received advised your LLC is now complete you may order your ein number here: (fraudulent website) When I clicked on the link it took me to a page that looked very official... Very similarly to the IRS in color and format. After entering much of my personal information and credit card, the website (which post an address in Tallahassee to make it seem more official) did nothing other than store my personal information. It never allowed me to complete my transaction despite it including fields for folks to enter credit card information... In other words, the credit card platform was a non-functioning... It's purpose is simply to capture credit card information.. I only got a message stating "thank you for requesting your EIN number... We will be in touch with you". Thought this was strange so I sent an email to the email on the platform to cancel my request... To which day responded with a strange over the top response that read: "we have received your request to cancel your order... Do not worry we take your privacy very seriously... We have deleted and erased all of your information... You can rest knowing that your information is safe" (Boy oh boy does that scream fraud or what). Still very bothered, I called the phone number on the website... Somebody with a very heavy foreign accent (Pakistan like) answer the call... I advised them that I was in the local neighborhood to their address posted on the website and that I would like to come in to talk to them about my order... They immediately deflected and stated that the address is not an actual office address, and that they are work remotely... This was the nail in the coffin for me. Before I can incur any charges on my credit card, I called my credit card company and canceled my card. I still have the concern that these perpetrators have much of my personal information. I have since opened up an inquiry with bizee... Any customer service rep at bizee was quick to discount my experience advising me that they know of no other cases like mine.... (Completely false). I ran a quick search online and found others all experiencing immediate credit card and identity fraud right after using bizee's services. I hope you all heed the warning I didn't realize that you can go directly on irs.gov to order your LLC there. I will be posting this experience anywhere I can to help prevent other consumers from becoming victims. Take care all. read more

I applied for an LLC paid the funds they took the funds immediately then sent me several emails asking me to submit photos etc of me holding my card and ID which I did no less then 5 times. I called 4 times left a message once never a human to talk too. I finally got a hold of someone and asked for a refund. I went with another company that starts with Z and they were fantastic, streamlined, better portal, get a human every time a little more pricey but worth it if you want things done right. I wasted time with INC FIle I went with them to meet a grant window I will still narrowly make but I may have to do a reverse charge on my card because I doubt they will take my refund request seriously. read more

If I knew this is the way they do business. I rather go with another company. I called customer service and try explain that I need this company register fast. I used the service to establish a non-profit, but Incfile's website DID NOT clearly list that the paperwork for granting the tax-exempt status (Under Section 501(c)(3)) will NOT be filed. You will be on your OWN to do this - which is 50% of this whole process. It's very disappointing and unacceptable to have folks lured in without telling them the whole story upfront. read more

How is it they claim it takes 6 entire weeks for me to receive my LLC yet when I called The Secretary of State in Pennsylvania I was told it would currently take 2-3 weeks? Does Incfile hold off on sending me my LLC information for 3-4 weeks because I didn't pay them extra? That's what appears to be happening! They should change their name to Stinkfile. I paid for the premium package on a Friday, called on Monday to ensure the filing was done in a certain way, was immediately put on hold with music for 5 minutes and was disconnected at 5 minutes. I was sent 3 cut and pastes from their website in response to my written inquiry, which were not relevant to my inquiry. I am now on hold again and at 1:15 seconds, a voice mail comes on and tells you about higher call volume, and asks you to email instead, and again you are disconnected. It is Tuesday afternoon, I have sent $502 to a company that won't pick up the phone and no one has called me back. NOT GOOD - INCFILE, NOT GOOD! I have used Legal Zoom for the formation of 5 companies and in 2 weeks it has always been complete. I used Inkfile since I was looking to help a smaller company and maybe save a buck. My first problem is they didn't like the name of my company. I am a medical devise dealer but they insisted I can't have medical in the name or the activities code of the LLC. I have 5 LLCs and a C-Corp listed through Legal Zoom as medical device, medical sales, medical distributor and never a problem. So they have taken it upon themselves to list me as retail sales, warehouse or some nonsense which my accountant will obviously be aggravated about since its a lie and I don't collect taxes in my industry, it's up to the customer who buys a CAT scan machine to pay if for profit or not pay if non profit. I regret my decision, I have been waiting a month and still nothing. There is no way to contact them except email and I need an EIN asap, crickets. Having said all that, I feel they are praying on uneducated people who want an LLC for personal use or don't know how things work. That's bad business, now someone who has an understanding of the process. I could have filed on my own in Pa at Pa.gov and got my EIN from IRS.gov. Horrible. Bizze / Incfile is a trash company. In my experience Incfile changes your address and notify you retroactively which causes your business complications. I've also experienced not receiving mail from banks to my virtual address with customer service that's unhelpful. read more

So I payed them for expedited filing and went over the time limit they said for the filing process to be done.It was due to them mailing the payment through the normal postal system,Which in the long run made it take probably twice as long as if I did it myself and hundreds of dollars more . Filing was fast and paper work was sent to me quickly. However, IRS form 2553 was faxed to the IRS with no follow up. Two months later when I inquired as to the status I was simiply told "We can't help call the IRS." So now I've been on hold with the IRS for 45 minutes for something I paid them to do. I used Incfile to create my LLC and decided to use them as my registered agent. I am now regretting both decisions. While the LLC paper was filed in a timely manner, I had to pay an additional $50. They attempt to upcharge or upsell you on EVERY feature. It is like an Act of Congress to get someone on the phone, and when you do, they seem to never answer your questions. For instance, I called three times today to ask two simple questions. I am unable to log into my account because the site is not sending an access code to my phone. Instead of Incfile disabling that feature that they know is not working, it is still there. I chatted with several people before calling, and each representative attempted to make the issue one that would be described as a user error. I FINALLY reached someone over the phone. That person attempted to say it was a user error, and when I said it was not because I confirmed my phone number on the platform, I was finally told the truth. Incfile is having issues with this feature and has been experiencing this issue for at least a week. So instead of notifying customers via their website, email, or once you reach out through their chat option, Incfile has consistently attempted to make customers think this is a user-error issue and not an Incfile issue. I am beyond disappointed in this company's handling of my account. read more

RUN!!! Do not do business with this company. I used Incfile to set up a business partnership (LLC) in August 2021. I paid $499 to have their "help." In November, I needed to change the business structure to a sole proprietorship and have the address changed. I paid another $250 to Incfile to have them help me with these amendments. When I received the amendment from the state, Incfile had changed the business address. However, I noticed they had kept my member address with the same "old" address. The first time I called Incfile customer service, Kirk said Incfile should have clarified that I wanted the membership address changed in addition to the business address. When I spoke to Alex in customer service, he told me "Sorry, you should have requested the member address be changed too." He told me in a condescending manner that it was MY FAULT for not specifically stating that both the business address and the member address needed to be changed. (Yes, as other reviewers have mentioned, the customer service department is rude.) Incfile, when your customer requests for (and pays $250 for) changes to be made, then why don't you clarify with them to ensure ALL necessary changes are being made? Is that not what you are being paid to do...help your clients? I hired Incfile to help assist with the details of creating a new business. All they have done is make things more complicated. Sadly, I must pay additional fees to the state now for the corrections Incfile did not address. Lacking Knowledge on how to incorporate - POOR SERVICE Infile does not know how to incorporate a Physical Therapy business in North Carolina. Their filing dept sent an email stating that the PT company must be a PC. This is against NC State law. When contacted by a supv all he did was give me lip service even after I read him the the state law. Asked to have the filing dept call me or have them investigate NC law, he refused... I wonder what else they do not know ? Asked for money to be refunded and was told it would take 3 to 5 days but they charged me the same day i filled out the forms. I have been incorporating businesses for thirty years and have never been treated so poorly... USE ANOTHER COMPANY UPDATE: Filed Articles of Incorporation on 11/2 via the online website (SOSNC.GOV) for the State of North Carolina as a corporation not a PC. Incorporation was approved on 11/3/22 without expedited service. So the experts at INCFile were wrong. Now in order to have this review remain online I had to give my telephone number to INCFILE via trustpilot. Any comments by Infile on this review should be ignored unless it is an apology... Still the company reps are rude including the supv that called me. Update 2: As you can see by they reply below, they have no clue as to NC law. They may have interaction with NC but they are clueless on how to inc a physical therapy business. If I can do it on my own utilizing the NC website then what use is INCFILE. I don't like leaving 1 star reviews. Coming from a business perspective, I understand how that effects a company. After submitting an order for the creation of an LLC, and not having the order go through due to a billing concern, I called in immediately and left a vm and also responded via email to get the problem resolved. Then I called again and left another voicemail. 24 hours later, there is still no response to my 3 calls or 2 emails, and you can't get a hold of anyone on the phone. If you want your corporation filed in a timely manner and have a company where if an issue arises, you can address it with them in a timely manner, this would not be the company. I wholeheartedly agree with the other negative comments. There are a few other competitors in the same price range, both are better. Incfile was nothing but helpful to me this past week. I wanted to dissolve and LLC, and had that on auto-renew. After auto-renew kicked in I reached out to Incfile to dissolve and get a refund for the auto-renew. They did everything, smooth as butter, no problems! Terrible service. They advertised a lower price than the main competitor, whom I used before, but ended up costing double with all the hidden fees and sneaky third party ads. Then they sold all my personal info, which is typical, but nothing like this. I get phone calls, texts, emails ALL day from web hosting and design services. They all use my registered domain name that I signed up with. I wake up to calls at 6am EVERY day since I signed up. I cant make it stop. They have a no re3fund policy and it can not be reversed. In addition they will charge you multiple times in a month if you aren't watching them like a hawk. Businesses are seriously going under because of customer service  I spoke with 5 different representatives with Incfile in less than 30 days. 4 out of the 5 was out right rude and disrespectful (I only  got 2 names). I will admit, because I am God fearing, I was pissed because I was dealing with some false advertising issues with the company(related to the Gold package) as well as them insinuating I was a lying thief. I told the 3rd representative I spoke with on April  9th 2021 my issue and she told me straight up " that is not true" I was in shock so I said "what? "She said "I been working here and I know that we don't advertise that anymore since November" I then told her yes yall do I know what I saw and that is why I brought the package TWICE. " she said there is no way that was there. "I said are you serious you calling me a liar. She said "DID I CALL YOU A LIAR DID I CALL YOU A LIAR". and I was unable to speak She also went on to tell me " WELL IF WHAT I  SAYING TO YOU ....YOU DONT LIKE TO HEAR THATS NOT ON ME".(she had a Spanish accent) I said OMG or you having a bad day or something or you don't care about customer service.She refused to contact me with her supervisor said I will documentation put on the waiting list. I said no I qant to speak with them now she said "YOU want me to put you in in waiting list or not" .The argument sorry  "conversation" went on and on until  I decided the devil is testing me and I hung up on her. I called back and told another agent the story( THE ONLY ONE THAT WAS NICE AND RESPECTFUL) Her name was Jordan. She did nothing to help but she was polite because she refused to give me her Manger last name or employee id of her manager or even her manager's work email BUT DENISE DID CALL ME BACK. AND then A WORSE CONVERSATION HAPPENED with MANAGER DENISE  the conversation started normal. I was venting and letting her know how disrespectful the first lady of the day was. She said nothing til I stopped. I didn't know she was on the phone. Later she said sorry this happen I will handle as necessary "BUT THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS RIGHT THERE IS NO WAY THAT WAS ON THERE." I asked for a refund within their 24 hour policy and was ignored until the service was provided THEN I get a response saying they already provided the service so they have to check if I can get a refund. I recently did business with incfile. I opted for the Gold package to help create my LLC. The package deal included free, service from inclfile to be registered. agent for a year and after a year it will be #119. As noted below from the google search--------- Is Incfile a registered agent? Incfile Provides Free Registered Agent Service for the First Year. Incfile can act as the Registered Agent in California for an LLC formed in the state. Even better, if you form your CA LLC through Incfile, your Registered Agent service is completely free for the first year and only $119 a year after that. Nowhere do they mention that no matter what the customer will be charged after a year of using incfile as a registered agent when the customer chooses to change the registered agent, I reached out to the customer service and they refused to waive the fee to switch registered agent, DO NOT FALL FOR THE TRAP, especially when you have limited funds and trying to establish a company. read more

Although my frustration is not targeted with the last agent in spoke with in particular, I hope this message reaches the appropriate level of management within the IncFile leadership. I have made several attempts at reaching an actually "person" via phone. When I messaged/emailed the IncFile company the response time was not consistent nor have I reached a resolve in over a month. I worst part is I bragged about IncFile to fellow entrepreneurs when I first set everything up. Now I must ensure my referrals include a disclaimer: "IncFile will offer a smooth initial set-up to your business. Once you pay IncFile though, good luck. I just hope customer service is not a value you want in a reputable company." I am aware IncFile only submits the documents necessary to start the business, however, guidance when "Your IncFile Clients" have questions, concerns, or even thank you's, should be provided by phone that will have another human-being on the other end. Instead there is a voicemail message box that goes unanswered. I have literally NEVER had any of my voicemail messages returned. I have received responses via email however, only resolve has been accomplished by IncFile and a "person" never informed me that it was being addressed. I just randomly received a refund email a few weeks later. You hear so many great things about IncFile but the company does not attempt to reach out to the business owners and entrepreneurs that invest in them. That is absolutely unacceptable.
