Carlos sold me a 7 week old puppy infected with Parvo on March 12th, 2018 and 5 days later, my puppy ended up in the ER as he was throwing up blood everywhere. It breaks my heart to see my baby in such a horrible condition where he can't eat or drink and has been quarantined due to this malicious disease. My boy didn't leave my place since I got him and there is no way he could contract this after being with me just 5 days indoors. I trusted Carlos since his ad suggested his puppies are CKC registered but he can still sell sick puppies. He did it to me and a few others before me that sued him and won. I plan on doing so as well but i wanted to make everyone aware ASAP because even if there is a 1% chance his puppies are infected, I don't think it's worth taking that chance. Puppies suffer incredibly with this disease and without proper care can die within 48-72 hrs. I don't know where he breeds his dogs but I know if he got sued in 2015 and 2017 and is breeding in the same location, Parvo stays in the ground for 6 months to 1 year. Not just that, he sells puppies in a park. No legit breeder does that and he also doesn't show puppies parents to buyers. Another blunder an incapable and evil breeder makes. And lastly no breeder is supposed to sell 7 week old puppies. It's against the law but Carlos does that freely and heartlessly because this is just business for him. He doesn't care about these little angels. Unfortunately I wasn't aware of pricks like Carlos and trusted him but only to be greatly disappointed. I will always remember this unfortunate puppy experience due to Carlos. I am praying my baby recovers but the vet is not saying anything but I definitely plan on suing Carlos with the help of others that sued him and won and I will also ensure his license is revoked and he can never sell any puppies again. Carlos is a fantastic breeder. We bought our blue German Shepard puppy from him, and she is the sweetest dog ever. Absolutely no issues (besides the normal puppy biting and chewing) and she loves everyone and every dog she meets. She has zero fear of loud noises, even fireworks! Her demeanor is unbelievable. Suddenly there was a rush of positive reviews to balance out the low rating for this breeder (My one star review and the pics I keep trying to post with it are constantly getting flagged for removal.), and while I do question the validity of some, I understand that there may be buyers who have had a totally positive experience dealing with Carlos. These real individuals have the right to post about their impressions. (However, I also suggest you read the hidden "not suggested reviews" for this business.) Also, for those who think think that just because it didn't happen to them, or "Hey, he offered/gave them a refund, didn't he" makes what this breeder is doing is okay, please read about my experience: I bought a puppy from Carlos in October 2015. He met us in the park to show us the two males of the litter. We instantly fell in love with one and took him home. The next day he began vomiting and lost much of his energy. The following morning we took him to our vet where he tested positive for the parvovirus. Parvo is a devastating disease that ravages their insides attacking the intestines, causing internal bleeding, copious diarrhea and debilitating nausea. Dogs who die of parvo typically do so because of fluid loss and dehydration leading to shock, and because of intestinal bacteria invading the rest of the body, releasing septic toxins. Most puppies die in as little as 48 to 72 hours from the onset of symptoms. Our sweet little boy was given only a 25% chance of survival when the vet admitted him. When we told Carlos about the diagnosis, he seemed genuinely concerned at first, but when we told him that the vet said the pup was obviously infected when we got him and asked if he would help with some of the vet bill, he cut off all communications with us. Since then, I successfully sued Carlos and was awarded the total amount of my vet bills, plus legal fees and interest. In California, buyers have many rights under the law. It is illegal for a breeder to sell a potentially sick animal, and not disclose this to the buyer. If you think your pup is sick, get him to the vet ASAP, and document everything. By law, a buyer has the right to collect at least 150% of the purchase price of the animal to help with the vet bills. Mr. Inclan knows this because that was the basis of my lawsuit. That is why he is so keen on giving a refund because he actually owes the buyer hundreds more. Carlos Inclan sold me a sick puppy, and then went on to sell my pup's litter-mates even after knowing they were exposed and possibly infected. It seems he told none of the prospective owners that the pups might be sick and to keep an eye on them for symptoms. The same thing happened with the subsequent litters (because Mr. Inclan seems unwilling to pause his breeding long enough to rid the area of the disease), except now it's not just the GSDs getting sick. From the emails I have received as recently as Jan 2017, some of the other breeds of pups he sells have tested positive for parvo, and every time he was told about an infected puppy, the buyer said he acted surprised and assured then that their pup was the only one who was sick. He even said this to two different buyers from the same litter. This is not how a responsible breeder acts. This is how a puppy-mill is run. Again, if you were one of the lucky ones whose pup didn't get sick, you have every right to put whatever rating/review you feel this person deserves, but please know that the not-so-lucky ones didn't just get a faulty toaster or a damaged package of cookies. We welcomed a new life into our homes only to have it taken away from us heartbreakingly. I am glad you did not have to go through the terrible experience of seeing a precious new family member fight for their young life, or worse, to stand by helplessly holding their little paw as they lose that fight. Carlos Inclan just doesn't seem to get this. It is not just about him returning our money. It is about him leaving a hole in our lives. Now, I have said some serious things here, but it is all the truth and Carlos knows it. Which is why he can only send others to defend his reputation and not come on here himself. In my opinion, the fact that he chooses to hide and not respond to what reviewers have said about his business speaks volumes about his unwillingness to accept personal responsibility for his actions as a breeder. In my opinion, Carlos Inclan doesn't "breed" dogs, he runs an under-the-table puppy-mill to make as much money as possible. I have already contacted the Investigator at the Inland Valley Humane Society and encourage other buyers to speak up about their experiences with Carlos, both the good and bad. I bought my first puppy from Carlos in Nov 2015. A beautiful male puppy. On the car ride home he began to vomit and continued to do so the following day. We figured he may have gotten carsick from the long drive but we called Carlos anyways to let him know. Carlos was very professional and concerned he said to bring the puppy back to him for treatment and he would give us back our money. He said in a few days the puppy would be fine and if we still wanted him we could exchange money/puppy again. We have 2 small children who had already fallen in love with Pako ( thats what we named him) so we knew we wanted him back. I am soooo happy we did because ever since we brought him home after Carlos treated him we never had another issue again. Pako has been such a great addition to our family. He has been very easy to train, very sweet, has a great temperment, and we feel very safe knowing our 104 lb security guard is patroling our yard and last but not least he is so handsome. EVERYTIME we take him out for walks we get a tons of compliments about how handsome he is. We were so happy with Pako that in Dec 2016 we purchased our second puppy from Carlos. I recently purchased lab puppies from Carlos. The night I took our pups home one of them started throwing up. I took him to the vet the next day and he tested positive for parvo. The poor little guy has been at the 24hr hospital ever since. We told Carlos about our pup so he was aware, we didn't want any other dogs/pups getting in. He responded and told us that he would get his dogs tested and If our pup passed he would give us a new one. I started having a weird gut feeling about him. I started doing research on him and found that he is known for selling pups with parvo. It Is truly heartbreaking that someone would hurt so many pups and so many families. Not a good breeder. He is running a puppy mill. The poor breeder dogs must be in such small cages because the grown dog he gave us eats laying on her tummy. She was so overweight when we got her and didn't know how to go on a walk or socialize with people or other dogs. The reason he gave her to us was because the pup ( less than 2 years old) he sold us got sick with leptospirosis. The vet did not understand how our pup was having kidney failure at such a young age. We spent thousands of dollars trying to save her. In the end we put her to sleep because she was just suffering and not going to make it. The vet did an autopsy and said her stomach and intestines were so inflamed and infected . He said she must have been from a weak litter of puppies. Many pups get sick but can recover if they have strong immune systems. In conclusion even if you buy a puppy that doesn't have Parvovirus their likelihood of getting sick is higher. My husband called him to tell him what happened with our puppy. He said he had never heard of any of his pups being sick. My husband asked him if he would give us another puppy, which I didn't want any animal from him knowing the type of breeding he's doing. He said he couldn't but he has a grown female that her family couldn't keep her because they were in the military. My husband agreed and met him at a park. Carlos said she was 3 years old but when I took her to our vet she said Mona was more like 6 years old. She had many litters of pups and has just had pups when he gave her to us. She was very frightened with male voices and would coward away from my husband when he approached her. With lots of love, patience and training we have been able to get Mona to go for walks, be comfortable with all our family and socialize with other dogs. Please do not purchase a pup from this poor breeder. I wish we would have done more research on this breeder before our purchase. I see multiple bad reviews and I feel very bad for the families but I can only comment on my experience and it was a good one. I purchased a male German Shepherd Puppy from Carlos a couple weeks ago and I am more then happy with my puppy. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I had looked at several different puppies from other breeders but I liked Carlos's puppies the best and felt comfortable with him so I decided to get one from him. Our dog Chauncey is doing great and is very intelligent, he is a little shy around new people at first but warms up. This is to be expected as he's still a young puppy. When I came on here to give a review I was surprised to find several complaints from people who bought puppies from Carlos. I haven't had any issues at all with my puppy. I couldn't help but notice people are demonizing him in their reviews. It's very unfortunate if somebody bought a dog from Carlos that was sick but from what I read he refunded their money. It seems to me if he was such a bad guy he would have kept the money and let them be stuck with the vet bills. So I'm not sure what the problem is? Also the person said they couldn't afford to pay the vet bills, so I'm not sure what they expected Carlos to do.
