First off thank you Dr. Ash for being informative and especially he always kind and treat animals with care and passion. He never recommend anything that's unnecessary and we - clients appreciate it so much! Neemo has been spayed here and did see Dr many times and been cured here many times. She has good experiences here as well as Ozzy ( though Ozzy is scared of everything, she managed to overcome her fear here so yk the staff are very gentle) If you're curious, prices here are affordable/ reasonable to me. They never push you to do things that not needed atm. 10000% recommend you to come

If I could give Dr. Ash 10 stars, I would!…read more After many years of sharing my life with cats (including some wonderfully opinionated and very shy ones), I can honestly say Dr. Ash is the best veterinarian I've ever had. Around our house, he's simply known as The Cat Whisperer. Somehow he has this magical "Dr. Ash method" that can calm even my most nervous, difficult cats. Cats that normally hide, hiss, or make everyone work for it seem to trust him. I still haven't figured out his secret! What really sets Dr. Ash apart is the time he gives every patient and every pet parent. He never makes you feel rushed. He explains blood work and treatment options in incredible detail, answers every question, and has even called me in the evening to personally discuss test results. That level of care and dedication is almost unheard of. I also want to recognize his amazing staff. Raquel, Andrea, and everyone at the clinic are always so kind, patient, and genuinely caring. Whether they're drawing blood, collecting urine samples, trimming nails, or giving one of my cats a sanitary trim, they handle each cat with such compassion and professionalism. You can tell they truly love what they do. I've trusted Dr. Ash and his team with my cats for many years, and I wouldn't trust anyone more. They treat every one of my cats as if they were their own, and that means the world to me. And here's the highest compliment I can give him: if Dr. Ash ever moved to Timbuktu... I'd be pricing moving trucks the same day. That's how much I trust him. Thank you, Dr. Ash, Raquel, Andrea, and the entire team for the exceptional care you've given my furry family over the years. You are all simply the best.

The veterinarian was patient, took the time to explain everything in detail, and made sure I understood exactly what was needed. Most importantly, they took excellent care of my dog throughout the entire process. I drove all the way from the South Bay to Fullerton twice once for the blood work and again for the dental procedure and it was absolutely worth the drive. If you're looking for a caring, honest veterinarian who provides great care without overcharging, I highly recommend Oasis Pet Clinic.

My regular vet didn't have an available appointment, so I thought I'd give Oasis a try since they had a same-day visit open. Pros: Same day appointment Friendly nurse/staff Reasonably priced (discount for first time clients) Cons: The room that we were seen in was filthy (see pic/video) Dr. Sung was not very compassionate toward my dog. As you can see in the photo, my dog skin was raw & exposed with blood. Dr Sung explained that it was a "hotspot". As she was speaking, she spotted a flea on the actual hotspot and yelled to the nurse, "Hurry, get the alcohol" So of course, I immediately intervened and stopped her and said, "NO, HOLD ON....wont the alcohol burn her raw skin?" She said, "Yes". She didn't spray, but proceeded to grab the flea with her fingers. Unbelievable.....I know she's a dog, but a dog will feel that pain. I'm so glad I stopped Dr. Sung dead in her tracks - that would have been extremely painful to spray alcohol on raw ,oozing and exposed skin . I won't be returning.

Anchor Animal Hospital August 11-12, 2026…read moreMy cats have consecutive appointments on August 11 and 12. Brenda, the pet nurse at the front desk, was pleasant, knowledgeable, and very helpful, answering all my questions and concerns. On Wednesday, 08/12, I arrived 10 minutes early for my kitty's appointment. The reception couldn't check us in until 2 PM. As soon as 2 PM, I got up to stand in line but there was another person who arrived and went straight to the reception. In other words, I stood behind the person even though I came in first. I didn't mind at all. Nurse Brenda, who was on the phone at that time, intervened and told the receptionist to make sure she checked me in first. She's very attentive and I couldn't emphasize how much I appreciated her for noticing little details. In addition, I noticed how genuine she is not just delivering great customer service but also with every pet she checks in for treatment. The rest of the staff are hardworking also, but Brenda tops the cake. Thank you, Anchor Animal Hospital, for taking care of the pets in our community!

I get there at 9:30 am to check for my 9:45 am appointment today as I scheduled last week when I called. Door is locked. I go back to my car and try to call the office. Nobody answers. Then I see a tech waking out to the back shed/house thing while chain vaping and ask her when she comes back out if they're open. She then says "Thursdays and Fridays are surgery only. What time was your appointment scheduled for?" Then the "Pet Nurse" (according to her name tag) Brenda pops her head out and the other tech tells her what happened. Brenda then takes me inside to go to the computer and find my info. While we're in there, she takes an attitude with me. Turns out the person I spoke to was the new hire and she screwed up all the way around. Didn't even out my info in the computer! Instead of rectifying the situation and offering an apology, Brenda then just says "well, sorry, you should've been told our policy." I then tell her I can't do any other day and I guess I have to go elsewhere and I walk out. Full disclosure, I was irritated and did throw some attitude back at Brenda, but she made it out to be my fault when it was your new hire's fault. Yeah, I'm done. My best friend may like you for her dog, but you guys have horrible customer service. You could've at least offered an apology or referred me somewhere else. Ended up taking my cat to VIP Animal Hospital in Fullerton and they took us right away!

This review is long overdue. I've been bringing my dog, Chelsea, to OC Veterinary for 10 years,…read moreever since I moved her down from the Bay Area. Chelsea recently passed away at 17, almost 18. She had such a long, happy life because of the care she received here. Chelsea was my baby, and I know how hard it can be to find a good vet. Pets can't talk, but you can see when they are genuinely cared for--and Chelsea got the best care at OC Veterinary. From the receptionists to the doctors, she was loved by everyone, and I am so grateful for that. Chelsea saw both Dr. Horn and, mostly, Dr. Nikki--both are exceptional veterinarians. We saw Dr. Nikki the most, and we had a very special connection with her. After Chelsea passed, Dr. Nikki even reached out to check on us, which was incredibly kind. She is practical, compassionate, and everything you could want in a vet. Chelsea also saw the groomer, Heather, who was very gentle and careful with her. Chelsea had back issues and was an older little lady, so it was comforting to know she was in safe hands. Sandra and Steve also made a big impact on Chelsea's life, especially Steve. They cared for her like she was their own family. Steve even called to check on us after Chelsea passed, which meant so much. I'm sorry this review comes so late, but I feel Chelsea would have wanted me to write it, and I want to honor her memory. No one enjoys visiting the doctor, but I am so grateful that we found such a wonderful facility to care for Chelsea. I loved her with all my heart, and after our family, OC Veterinary loved her most.

We were incredibly worried and scared about him, and it was such an emotional and overwhelming time for us. From the moment we met Dr. Eskander, she was not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also so compassionate, patient, and genuinely caring. She treated Appa with so much kindness and love, and she made us feel like we were not alone through such a difficult experience. What really touched our hearts was how much she cared about us too. She took the time to answer our questions, listen to our concerns, and reassure us when we were scared. She helped calm both me and my husband when we needed it most. And then, even after Appa's visit, Dr. Eskander followed up with us to make sure he was okay. That meant more to us than she probably realizes. It showed us that Appa wasn't just another patient to her. She truly cared about how he was doing. As pet parents, all we want is someone who will care for our babies as much as we do, and Dr. Eskander gave us exactly that. We will forever be grateful for the compassion, kindness, and care she showed our boy. Thank you, Dr. Eskander, for taking such wonderful care of Appa and for giving two very worried pet parents some much-needed comfort during a very difficult time. We will never forget your kindness. If you are looking for a veterinarian who genuinely cares about both your pet and your family, we cannot recommend Dr. Eskander enough.

When you are in a moment of deep duress, faced with sudden, heavy decisions in the middle of the night, you need empathy. We were the only patients there, yet the care felt as cold as the human medical system. We felt backed into a corner with no good options: either take our dog's lifeless body home to wait for our regular vet to open, pay around $250 just to hold his body for a few hours, or choose their cremation service through West Coast Pet Memorial. We were handed a total bill from West Coast Pet Memorial for the cremation without a transparent breakdown of the hidden costs from CASE Animal Hospital --we weren't told the clay paw print was $67, the individual cremation was $300, and the urn was $0, bringing the total to $372.87 (before shipping). At CASE we were given this pamphlet and nothing more. On top of that, we had to choose between a $30+ shipping fee or driving all the way to Temecula for pickup. I thought I was making the most compassionate choice by not taking my dog's body home to wait, but I regret it. For context, The Animal Doctors - Anaheim provides a beautifully thought-out, reasonable package (when our cat passed, we received a lovely wooden box with a gold lock, memorial canvas tote, and a clay paw print included). I expected that same level of dignity here, but instead, it felt entirely corporate.
