Do not use this company! I made the horrible mistake of hiring Incredible Builders to do an update on my home. If you want something done right the first time, DO NOT USE IBI! They designed a kitchen remodel from a blank slate (completely gutted) that could not fit a standard sized refrigerator. They didn't realize this until the kitchen was done. Brand new cabinets had to be pulled and replaced so that we could have a fridge. They installed tile in three areas (kitchen backsplash, sunroom floor, powder room floor). All three areas had to be fixed or redone. The backsplash had to be completely ripped out and redone because the spacing was off and the grout was uneven (completely missing in areas). The installer blamed the tile, but after they brought their "best" installer, there were no issues. The 225 sq ft sunroom had tiles that needed to be replaced due to uneven spacing and the grout had to be stained because it was applied incorrectly making it the wrong color. Finally, the powder room had spacing and grout issues which looked like a first time DIYer botched the job. It was "fixed" by the installer, but still looked awful. IBI gave us a partial credit and I had to hire someone else to rip out the entire floor and completely replace it. Additionally, they subcontracted almost all of the work that was done anyway (what they did themselves was unprofessional and poor quality as well - kitchen design and cabinetry). Save yourself a major headache and hire someone who can get the job done right the first time. Response to the owner: Not everything was resolved. This was just one example of the nightmare of an experience we had with your company (see additional reviews on Google and Facebook). They did a wonderful job with my remodel. They sent the electrician back to find out why my lightbulbs were burning out. He found the problem and fixed it even though it was not anything they did wrong! They always made sure everything was right. I greatly appreciate their service and follow through. read more

Incredible Builders did a great job installing flooring, carpet, stair rails, doors and trim. They also did an excellent job of wall prep and painting. Throughout the process, communication was terrific. They held to their price and their schedule, and all of the sub-contractors were professional and did high-quality work. The workmanship was very good especially the kitchen leaving the cabinets looking like from the cover of a construction magazine. The craftsmen were all very punctual and respectfull, all in all they did a very good job. The problem we had was the project manager not responding to our concerns in a manner you would expect from a 5 star business especially the cost involved with our project. I won't get into details here but will say our stress level was heightened more than necessary as well as our out of pocket expense afterwards. My husband and I were thinking of adding on an in-law addition. Tony was quick to email back and get an appointment locked in. We were able to meet with him in less than a week! Our visit went well. He took Covid precautions, listened to our thoughts, shared his own ideas based on experience, and even tried to help us visualize what realistically could work/how the process happens. We never felt rushed or overruled. After the visit, his estimate was to us within a few days. His communication is reliable, for sure! In the end, my husband and I decided maybe the addition isn't the best option as this may not be our forever home. Our biggest thanks goes to Tony for his time and we definitely felt confident that we would be in good hands if this did work out. I posted a review in 2016 about Incredible Builders and the great work they did. We recently had our driveway redone by another company. Two months after the driveway was completed, we started seeing chipping and pitting in the driveway. It took two months and maybe 10 calls to get the concrete company to come back out. They said it looks great!?! So I emailed Incredible Builders to ask for some advice about what would have caused the damage so I would know how to proceed against this other company. The owner was on vacation but forwarded the email to Mike, who was our project manager when the house was built. Literally two hours later Mike was at our house looking at our driveway and taking pictures. We have not used Incredible Builders in over 3 years, but their service is still amazing!! read more

Tony and his team at Incredible Builders are top notch. I hired them to do a complete tear out and renovation of my bathroom. They provided me clear up front pricing. He brought in everyone on day one so I could meet all the people that would be working in my home while I was away at work. At last minute, literally right before they started, I requested several changes. Each request was met with "no problem, we'll take care of it." They provided a concise schedule, and actually ended up finishing early. Much appreciated since this was my master bathroom. I would definitely hire them again. Incredible builders fixed the siding that came off near my roof in a recent storm. They came out quickly and went above and beyond in their service. They even fixed a part of the roof that the original builders of the house had left unrepaired. They were very friendly and the price was very reasonable. Experienced an issue with a faulty water shut off valve leaking in the ceiling of a lower level bedroom. A portion of the ceiling drywall, wall insulation and all of the carpeting in the room sustained damage. Having previously contracted with Incredible Builders to complete a kitchen remodel, and being totally satisfied with their work, they were the first company I contacted after discovering the mess. Charlie was assigned the task of calling me and was able to schedule an inspection and evaluation the same day, even though he was a substantial distance away on another project. Charlie subsequently arranged for removal of the damaged drywall, insulation and already odoriferous carpet early in the morning the very next day. The project was completed quickly, cleanly and professionally by Charlie, Lauren (sp) and Dave. Ten stars all the way to this crew! The cost was reasonable and Dave (owner) provided two separate email invoices the same day, for the tear down and repair, to assist with expediting our insurance claim. Top notch company and customer service all around! Highly recommended! read more
