Incredible Installations should be called "Not So" Incredible Installations. I've been waiting three weeks after my Lowe's door was delivered to be installed. I called twice but the "scheduler" wasn't available, never got a call back. Tried multiple times but the calls went to voicemail. Lowe's had to "escalate" to management level three separate times but to no avail. This morning Lowe's finally my granted my request, from last Monday, to drop this Not So Incredible Installers. So I'm on a new list with a new installer, hopefully these folks will have better customer service. Since their customer service is so bad, I have to wonder their quality they put into their installation side of the house.... They only got "one star" from me because I couldn't go any lower.. read more

You had no choice but to return and completely rebuild the entire deck. It should not have taken 9 months to rectify the poor workmanship, and the blame cannot be solely placed on Lowes. Your installers saw the wood was subpar but still installed it. If it had been done correctly the first time you would not have received the 1-star review. I stand by my initial review. Let us just end this here as I have more pictures and more to say, like being offered gift cards to remove and or update my review. FYI, I'm still waiting on the gift card per Jamie. read more

After reading many negative reviews for Incredible Installations LLC I was a bit apprehensive knowing that Lowes had subcontracted with them for my entrance door / sidelight installation. I even know someone who had a bad experience with them. But my experience with their installers, Anthony and Andre was 5 star. They arrived on time, gave me an overview of what necessary trim alterations were required and got to work. When finished all work areas were cleaned up and the door looks absolutely amazing. We ordered new windows and installation through Lowe's and so far the experience has been terrible. We started the process in April and still don't have the windows installed. Installation has been scheduled twice, but no one ever shows up to do the work. They don't call to tell you they aren't coming either. When you call the scheduler or the 770 phone number, NO ONE EVER ANSWERS. You leave a message and cross your fingers that maybe someone will call you back (but they don't). Lowe's has not been helpful with dealing with this company either. Find another company to do your installation - really any other company could do better. read more

I ordered new windows and installation through Lowes and it has been nothing but a terrible experience so far and I am still trying to deal with them. Lowes uses Incredible Installations LLC to do the work and this is the worst company you can ever imagine. If you just google them, you will see all the bad reviews. Stay away! On 5/27 I was supposed to have my 4 new windows installed. After Lowes coming to my apartment for a quote and after signing the contract, Incredible Installtions representative coming to measure the windows, nothing was said about one window being a problem, because the power lines on the outside run to close to the building. Lowes never told me that I had to call the power company and have them shut the power off, despite all the calls I received from Lowes "checking in" but never telling me to do anything. On 5/27, Incredible Installations showed up and immediately said that no work would be done on this window until the power is completely off. I contacted FPL and had their employee come out. He only wanted to cover the lines at first. Then Incredible Installations employee - Jason, said that he would not work on this window no matter, if the lines are covered or the power to the whole building was completely shut off.Then he stated that they were never supposed to work on this window to begin with and proceeded to show me messages with his supervisor. I will not comment on the messages that were exanchaged with the supervisor Travis prior to that. The screen was big enough to see everything. I contacted Lowes and requested assistance. They advised Incredible Installations to finish the 3 windows and return the window that was not put in to the store. I relaied the message to Incredible Installations. A few days later, after multiple calls to Lowes, another attemp for installation on the last window was made, after making sure I scheduled FLP to come out prior and shut the power to the whole building off. That appointment was made for 6/13. On 6/11, I received a call from Lowes stating that they had Incredible Installations on the other line and they were refusing to work on the window, no matter is the power is completely off. Lowes could not find any resolution to this, so they decided to leave me with unfinished installation and have me find on my own a general contractor to finish it. I requsted that my window was delivered to me immediately. It turned out, Incredible Installations never returned my window. They finally agreed to deliver the window to me on 6/16 without any specific time provided. I took off work and waited all day. They did not show up and did not answer the phone until they were closed. Then calls just went to voicemail. I contacted Lowes and they have no idea what is going on, why is my window being held or why I was not contacted by anyone. Also, Lowes hasn't given me any information on the labor refund I am supposed to get and a date I am supposed to receive it. As you can see, this has been an awful experience. read more

For my sliding glass door installation I used Incredible Installations and with all honestly I am glad I did. The Installer's name is Edward Tristan Prior of installation Mr. Tristan reviewed and taught me what steps he would be taking to complete the task at hand. He was polite, quick and thoroughly cleaned up the job site once he finished the job. Now that the job is completed. This company is a joke. Kaitlyn hasn't responded in nearly 4 weeks to a text / email / phone call from both myself and Lowe's. Apparently this crappy company has been sourced to do all of Lowe's installations. I purchased a storm door on 5/5/24 and as of 6/18/24 no one from Incredible Installations - namely Kaitlyn will contact me to even schedule my installation. This company needs to be shut down. I was very pleased with my experience with Travis. From estimate to installation, he with Lowe's made the process quite facilitated. I had a bathtub door installed where a shower curtain used for a guest bathroom, and Travis came out, was prompt, kind, and professional, and recommend a specific door and measurements that would be best for my specific set-up. -Incredible Installations was contracted by Lowe's to install a storm door for me. The installation was sloppy and the top rail of the frame is 1/2" to short on the outside edge. The inside cuts are short also but hidden with caulking. The glass was filthy and no attempt to clean by installer. -Contacted Lowe's who scheduled Incredible Installations technician to assess installation (they were sending the original installer). Inspection date was scheduled with Incredible Installations for 4 Jun between 12 and 3pm. The inspection date/time was confirmed by Lowe's installations. -4 Jun came and went. Incredible Installations was a no show. They did not call or text so I wasted three hours waiting on them. -Contacted Lowe's Installation who contacted Incredible Installations. They say there was a "glitch" on their end. They tell me I need to give Incredible Installations an opportunity to resolve the problem and do not understand they already had a scheduled opportunity and decided not to show up. They also say I cannot get a refund on the installation fee because Incredible Installations did some work (although sloppy and unsatisfactory). -Lowe's does not have another installer in my area, they are not interested in photos I have of the sloppy install. -You are better off buying your product and installing yourself! read more

I had Lowes install an exterior door that was not installed properly by their vendor, Incredible Installation. The installer installed the door on top of the floor tiles instead of on the subfloor as the original door was so the threshold of the new door is about 2 inches higher than the floor instead of being flush like the old door threshold used to be. I contacted Lowes and advised them that I felt the door was not installed properly and subsequently sent the same installer from Incredible Installation back out to take a look. Ray came back out and we discussed my concerns and how it could be fixed. Ray told me that the company would come back and lower the door so the threshold would be sat lower but I would have to cut the floor tiles so that it could sit flat on the subfloor. I explained to Ray that I am a disabled veteran and the high threshold on the door was a trip hazard for me and I had already tripped on it and nearly fell on my face because of it. Ray took pictures and before he left again stated that they would come back and fix it. Ray advised that Lowes would have to open some sort of ticket before they would be able to come back and take care of it. My wife received a call from Lowes advising that Incredible Installations would be contacting us in a few days to schedule the fix. A week went by and no one from Lowes or Incredible Installations had called so my wife called Lowes and was told that they were not going to fix the door as they stated. Lowes and Incredible Installations are now saying that there was nothing wrong with the door install and that we were just asking for the door to be fixed because it was our personal preference and we have to pay $400 for them to come back and fix mistake. Lowes had no intention of calling me to let me know. When Ray installed the door he had to cut the top of the door opening about 2 inches to fit the new door into the opening when he should have cut the 2 inches from the floor it would have fit. The installer did not reveal that he couldn't cut the floor until after he came back. If he had told me this during the install I would have cut the floor myself which is what was agreed upon when he said they would come back to fix it. I called a Lowe ECSR who contacted the installer who called my wife back a short time later advising that they weren't going to fix the door and it would cost us $400 for the vendor to come back. Up until this incident I have not had any issues with any of my other projects with Lowes. I'm amazed that they won't stand behind fixing the poor workmanship of one of their vendors and charging the customer for the installers mistake. read more

Unfortunately, we never reached the point where we were able to work with this company. The Home Depot assigned this company to handle an install job of a new kitchen appliance for us; however, Incredible Installations never reached out to us to schedule a time for the installation, and our calls and messages requesting a return call were never answered. Likewise, when The Home Depot tried to reach this contractor to schedule the install date, there was no answer or return call. After more than a week without any clear direction of when (or even IF) our new appliance would be installed, we cancelled the order with The Home Depot and expressed our displeasure of its use of this non-responsive contractor. Since it also appears that Lowe's uses this contractor, we will be trying to find someone other than The Home Depot or Lowe's to purchase the new appliance from. read more

I had gone to Home Depot who contracts out to Incredible Installations. A sweet gentleman came out to measure. Few days later, another man...A week or two later they arranged to install and did. I received an inquiry by phone and told the young lady I didn't feel that the job was incredible and that I was not pleased and that ehe fellow who put the shower/tub door up knew I was not happy with the job before he left. He had made a call and then came back in to do some additional things to secure the doors but I did not watch him. Plis the door handles seemed to be on the opposite side of the shower that you would need them to be on. I explained this to the young lady and she was supposed to call me back and did not. I called the company several times and finally left a voice mail saying I would be giving a bad review and then they returned my call to inquire about my dissatisfaction. The tub doors seem flimsy. For approximately 1600.00, I would have expected a more sound job. Some fellow comes out, very matter of fact type, comments on my neighbors playing music....he just seemed odd. When I told him about my disappointment and how flimsy the doors are and that I need the doors to be not sliding on their own or to be losing screws like they have (lost two so far) because I have a mentally ill son who uses that shower, he suggested that I tell my son to be easy with the doors. Didn't seem to take my complaint seriously not did he care. It's a shame because the older gentleman that came out to measure initially, seemed like a sweetheart but the persons who actually did the working checked the work already seemed to not give a D! I would not recommend this company because even after JON came out to assess and remedy the issue, I am still with shower doors that open on the side closest to the toilet instead of where there is more ample space and the doors slide by them selves and just seem flimsy and cheap. What a pleasant experience! Being a single lady, I have been overcharged, unnecessary work done, shoty work etc. done for me in the past! I fell in Nov.2021 and broke my femur. Spent a month in the hospital but then realizing I probably wouldn't be able to get in the house when I got there. The handrails had rotted off. The hospital referred Incredible Installations to me. I only had a couple of days before they released me, so the pressure was on! But a sickening feeling came over me just from past experiences. I had no choice and made the call. Much to my surprise, talking to Brandon was like a breath of fresh air! They were busy with other jobs, but Brandon was going to go over to the house on his lunch break and see what could be done. The steps were also starting to rot. The plan was to replace what was rotting and restore handrails. I was released a day early, but friends were there to assist me into the house. Brandon promised to have a couple of his crew out here the very next day.And that they would have it done in one day. I was a bit skeptical, especially since we had rain moving in. This HAS to be a Christian company because I get a call back from Brandon stating that after discussion, it was decided they would upgrade me to a ramp!! Oh how I needed a ramp! Two gentlemen, Alfonso and assistant were here bright and early and worked nonstop, and I mean nonstop, even through intervals of rain. Even when it started to get dark, they asked me to turn on the floodlights and preceded until they were finished. I read other reviews, but never had and trouble with communication. More appropriately described as, Incredulous Miscalculations. I am astounded that Home Depot and Lowe's use this company for their only third-party door installers. I found this company to be unresponsive and under-detailed. Returning a customer's phone calls require an act of Congress. I was finally able to schedule someone to come out for a door measurement and installation estimate. Days later, when the estimate didn't arrive at the specified time I contacted the company. I could never get a return reply. I ended up speaking to someone at Home Depot. After days of lengthy conversations with Home Depot, I was told that Incredible Installations failed to notify me about a integral part of the door installation process. I found out, almost by happenstance, this unaddressed detail would require me to hire a separate contractor just to handle some trim removal and replacement. No thanks. After receiving an unambiguous sign of "no confidence," I decided to give Incredible Installations, as well as Home Depot, the boot. I wasted a considerable amount of time with these jokers but at least I didn't shell out any money. I also shopped for door at Lowe's. As luck would have it, Lowe's uses Incredible Installations exclusively. I scheduled a measurement for a door. Somehow, the incredibly inept phone representative thought my request for for a window. I corrected them over the phone but when the measuring person arrived he still thought he was supposed to measure for a window; not a door. We pointed him in the direction of the door and he got the hint. A couple of weeks later, we were looking for the measurement detail. Lowe's said they could not find one. I had to schedule another measurement appointment at $35.00. When I was on the phone with the scheduler from Incredible Installations to set up the second measurement, she admitted that she could not find the detail specifications from the measurement that was taken just a few weeks earlier. This company is incredible all right! Incredibly expensive, hard to do business with and impossible to contact! Our experience was via Lowes. We purchased a storm door and installation in mid-May. Lowes stated a $35 charge to come out and measure and $127 install cost. Well, Lowes subs to Incredible installations - takes a week to get a guy out to measure, but he says - No problem I will have the quote info to Lowes this afternoon. 10 days later - escalating all the way to Lowes Regional Installation manager - get the quote back. Now it's inflated to almost $300 for a $227 door. I'm disabled - so I can't install myself - so I say "Go Ahead" Another week goes by, no call from Incredible - Back to Lowes after 3 days I get a call from Incredible - 2 weeks is the soonest to install. whew - Installer shows up, turns out he is a sub for Incredible, so the door has gone through 3 companies to get installed. The installer was polite, competent and finished the job with good workmanship. So, if you do business with them - don't chew out the installers - they are subs that only do what Incredible tells them. Avoid this company at all costs! read more

I just had replacement windows installed by Incredible Installations and Peter did a great job. These Pella 450 / Lifestyle wood (top rated by Consumer Reports) were a mix of large tempered glass fixed and double hung, purchased from Lowe's Home Improvement. Incredible Installations puts them in for Lowe's. The installation on the triple windows was difficult but Incredible did great work getting the aluminum cladding around the brickmold. A competitor said they would not be able to do the cladding, not in vinyl or aluminum, but Peter got the job done! I am a very satisfied customer. read more

We signed a contract with this company on December 15, 2020 for a shower door installation in one of our rental units. The shower door was not installed until February 10, 2021. They sent one man to sign contract. He measured and said we were in luck. The glass was close by and should be able to get it in 2 weeks. Jan. 12 project manager called and said he needed to send someone to re-measure. I told him someone already came on Jan. 12. He said they would get it done and call to set install date. Nothing until February 10, 2021. They sent someone to install the shower doors. Tennant called and stated water was getting in the floor. Checked doors and glass does not meet at the bottom of the shower. The old shower door met just fine so I believe the glass was not cut correctly. March 29, 2021 I am still trying to get them to contact us to look at the door. This very expensive shower door is not what it was racked up to be. This is the poorest communication from a company I have ever had. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL. THEY HAVE NO FOLLOW UP. I hired Home Depot to remodeled my master and hall bathroom. They use the contractors Incredible Installations. The contractor Santos came out the week before Thanksgiving and did the hall bathroom. I could not believe that it would only take one person. My guest that came in from out of town was taking 2 showers in one day. Then after Thanksgiving he came back and completed the master bathroom. He did such a excellent and precise job. He covered my hardwood floors and each day he cleaned up like he was never there. The craftmanship and his workmanship was so well done. I am a realtor for over 20 years and have been through plenty new construction walk throughs and I was impressed because I was looking for detail. There was no where I needed to put any blue tape. The customer service was professional and polite and I appreciated that. I will consider using them again and referring them to my family and clients. read more

Bought 2 vanity tops from Lowes and Lowes uses this company for , installation. I paid for COMPLETE installation which included plumbing. Per installer, 1 vanity could not be plumbed because he did not have what was needed on truck and did not have time to get. I went ahead and went to Lowes and got what was needed and finished the job myself. 2nd vanity was plumbed but leaked like a sieve and the installer tried to hide this fact with smearing latex caulk over everything, and the water lines were reversed. Lowes contacted them, but the man in charge of all installations was not available and no one else could help them. I called the company 5 times and NO ONE answered the phone. Since this circus has been going on since 10/7/2019 I fixed the 2nd vanity also. I would not hire this company to pick up dog "dodo" in my front yard. Now the fight starts with Lowes to recoup some of my installation money. read more

Kyle came to my house to install 4 exterior doors. We were skeptical that one guy could do all of that work in one day. But Kyle installed everything properly in a just a few hours.
