I frequent many Herbalife shops post working out and how I had never heard of Incredible Nutrition 4 U beats me! I stumbled here on a complete accident and I'm so glad I did. As compared to other Herbalife shops, this one has huge windows allowing for natural sunlight and tons and tons of gorgeous indoor plants. I felt like I had stepped into Como Zoo's conservatory. Like other shops, the menu has hundreds of flavors to choose from and the typical shakes and teas. I'm pleased to announce this location also has the protein coffee shakes as well. Additionally, Incredible Nutrition 4 U has a medium sized carpeted gym where they host cardio drumming classes. The schedule is posted on their FB or you could swing by and get a printed schedule. I loved the lady who was working. She didn't try to sell me on Herbalife or make me a member which I appreciated. I came to Liz Thomson and Incredible nutrition 4 U in February 2024 with some terrible stomach and digestives issues, among other things. She has been the best Health coach I've ever had, and through her guidance I have have all but eliminated those long suffering issues and have also gotten my diabetes under control. My general health and quality of life have taken a 180 deg turn for the better and I look ahead to continued health improvements going forward. The Herbalife shakes taste great and are easy to pack and work well with my busy schedule. They have also added an infrared booth which has helped my arthritic situation immensely. They offer Cardio Drumming classes 6 days a week!!! Classes are so much fun you'll want to sign up for all the sessions!! I highly recommend this awesome business! Shakes are good but the same as at any Herbalife place. I used to go becuase I love the shakes after a workout, but don't anymore because I found an Herbalife place without the following issues. (1) Very fat shaming- do not go here if you are in ED recovery or looking for a healthy mindset about weight. (2) Employees were very anti-mask during Covid. (3) They make you fill out a sheet with contact info to order, and buy a tea when you buy a shake. I do not like the teas so it's a waste of money for me. read more

It felt GREAT to be back at I4U after months of COVID restrictions! The cardio-drumming classes are fun and a really good workout. The instructors and music are fabulous. Depending upon your own physical condition, you can make it an intense workout or less strenuous. I'm so glad to be able to attend again.
