You can look them up online though. They market their bowls as a "meal replacement" and "all-natural" but these bowls have more of a sorbet consistency as opposed to the fresh made-to-order smoothie bowls you can usually expect. They also taste a bit sweeter than other bowls I've had before. This doesn't automatically mean that they don't have health benefits or nutrients, but it makes me curious as to how their bases are prepared. This is a minor thing for me, I do go to this chain very regularly so take it with a grain of salt!
