From 9a-12p, they also have a great breakfast deal where you can purchase a bowl of your choosing and get a coffee for $1-2! I stopped by with some of my pups and they are dog-friendly. They got complimentary pup cups of peanut butter and banana! They loved it. It's also a plus that the peanut butter is freshly ground, you can see their machine and taste the difference. All their ingredients are high quality and I love having these bowls for breakfast. Only downside is that the Nautical Bowls chain in general isn't super transparent with nutrition facts. You can look them up online though. They market their bowls as a "meal replacement" and "all-natural" but these bowls have more of a sorbet consistency as opposed to the fresh made-to-order smoothie bowls you can usually expect. They also taste a bit sweeter than other bowls I've had before. This doesn't automatically mean that they don't have health benefits or nutrients, but it makes me curious as to how their bases are prepared. This is a minor thing for me, I do go to this chain very regularly so take it with a grain of salt!

The service was friendly, but half of the space was for takeout for the restaurant and there was signage stating only tea consumers could sit in the tea side dining room.
