I kenneled 3 dogs for 5 days. When I picked the dogs up they were covered in filth and smelled as though they'd been sleeping in feces for five days. I was appalled to have my dogs returned to me like this, as I most definitely did not drop them off like this. The woman returned them and said sorry they will probably need baths. So she was well aware of the condition she was returning my the dogs in. They were so gross I didn't even want them in the vehicle and all of them had to be bathed twice to get all the filth and crust out of their coats. I would expect someone who runs such a facility understand and appreciates that dogs are members of a family and when we leave them we are expecting them to be cared for not neglected, that's what we pay for!!! And if in five days time the dogs could be that disgusting I can not imagine how bad the kennel actually was that they were locked in! I would most definitely not recommend bringing your dog here!! And if you do I wouldn't trust they are being cared for how you would like them to.

The owner was rude, and made several negative comments about how difficult my dog was to walk (my 110lb girlfriend walks him daily), and how inconvenient it was to treat him with ear drops. Seemed pretty stressed out by the three litters of puppies she was tending prior to their sale...ironically displaying a request for donations for shelter pets with a slogan requesting not to buy dogs while there are shelter pets being out down. In summary, I found the owner to be a jerk and a hypocrite, and the $1000 they've made off my pet in a years time will certainly be the last.

We were there first thing in the morning and treated professionally, respectfully and politely. Our first visit there the place was very clean and smelled wonderful. These dogs are not easy to groom and their recommendations as well as procedures were explained so there wasn't any confusion. Approximately 4 hour grooming. When we arrived to pick them up, both boys looked handsome and smelled amazing. They were just laying in safe location watching other dogs get the pampering they just received. And if it was a scab, why was there a ton of dry blood less than an hour later? And my dog wears a harness, not a collar, and only outside. So I would've felt it before. Just take responsibility and stop making excuses. Not coming back here. They were friendly enough and the cut was fine, but they failed to mentioned that they cut my dog in two different areas on his neck. When I called to find out what happened, the groomer said that he'd had a wart and it was cut. Well A) no he didn't. I think I'd know if he had since I pet him every day. And B) even if he did, they still should've told me that they cut him.

Went and paid to have my dog evaluated and was told that my dog was not a good fit as he was too…read morefearful. My pup is 7 months old and spent the first 3 months of his life in a puppy mill. Since I work full time, he needs to be socialized during the day with other dogs as opposed to being in a crate and play with different dogs than my other two at home. Isn't the point of doggie day care to help with socialization and get exercise for a pup that is otherwise crated during the day? When I noticed that they noted that he was 2 years as opposed to 7 months I called and spoke to someone who then said that sometimes pups regress at this age and other things and they proceeded to tell me that there are other day cares that might be a better fit. That right there ended the conversation for me, obviously they only want specific perfect dogs and not those that may need some help. They want the easy dogs and have enough dogs going where they felt they did not needed my business. I would never bring a dog to them with that attitude, it does not speak favorably of them. As a side note, I work with several different rescues as a foster home and have fostered over 20 puppy mill releases and taught them how to be real dogs and placed them in great homes, my other dogs at home are rescues as well. I have worked with dog behavior specialists and have an understanding of dog behavior.
