Harley has been receiving her nail grooming from you for over a year now. I', not even sure I can…read moretruely express how thankful I am to all of the groomers who have so lovingly helped Harley and me with our trust issues. You see, Harley is a rescue, and I have worked very hard to get her out of her fear mode; especially when it comes to strangers. Every groomer has been so quick to notice Harley's fear, and easily adjust to it, and my over protection of her! While I don't believe she will ever willingly subject to having to leave me; she no longer needs to be carried or overally coaxed to go into the grooming room (JUST DON"T TRY TO BRUSH HER TEETH; ROFLMAO!!! : 0 ) Thank you so much for the awesome nail grooming, but also for being so great with Harley's quirks!!!

Shopping while Black. I was at the Petco in Auburn New York (#02784) between the hours of 6:45pm…read moreand 7:00pm. The employee (not the one who has purple hair) followed me around the store and positioned herself so she could watch me. This occurred from the time I walked in and stopped and sung to the birds yo the time I went to pick out cat food in the back of the store and when I was looking for cat toys. There are way too many alternative places to shop to be harassed while shopping. She acted like she was putting things away, everywhere I went. It's an age old trick. If I wanted to steal something I would send in a white person who would get away with stealing everything but the animals--per a white woman I know who had walked out of stores with racks of items because the store employees are too busy watching Black people to watch her. I have my own business and I have a Masters degree. I would NEVER give anyone the satisfaction...but I will NEVER shop at your store again.

Lucky Dogs have watched my dogs for the last 5 years. I've lived in Skaneateles for the last 8…read moreyears. I called them to watch my dog, a client they've watched before, but because I moved *gasp* to a different area in Skaneateles, they're no longer able to watch my baby. To say I'm livid is an understatement. "We'd have to charge you extra for mileage." Because I moved less than a mile down the road from my previous address, and yet closer than the address before my current one. I will not use them for anything in the future. Bubble bus or pet sitting. I am a repeat client who tips, but no. Apparently you have to have the right name. Absolutely disgusted. Now I have to introduce my baby to a new person/service because the owner isn't aware of the area and how minimal my move was. She wasn't even aware that the address at which I last had services was farther away than my current address. Find someone who actually wants to run a business and cares about the animals.

We just got our second golden retriever puppy from Famn Damily Farm. We got our first a year and a…read morehalf ago. Both dogs are beautiful, incredibly healthy, and have been amazing additions to our family. And I really can't say enough good things about Famn Damily. I've been there twice now. With my family. In both cases we drove 240 miles to get there, just because we realized what a special place it is, and because we knew we didn't want to get our puppies from any place else. You set foot on the farm, and you see dogs that are truly living their best lives. They have so much space to run and play, they are so well cared for, and so loved, and so clearly happy!! And healthy. And the facilities that have been constructed for the dogs, that clearly took a great deal of time, money and effort to build, are very impressive. Melodie Hammond runs the farm. And she's amazing. I know that my future dogs will be golden retrievers, simply because I know I only want to get puppies from Melodie, from Famn Damily, and Golden retrievers are what she breeds. The last thing I said to Melodie when I left the farm yesterday was, "see you in another two years"
