This place took us in and got us taken care of after several years of negative experiences with another provider. I credit this practice with helping to enhance my child's quality of life. They ran new tests and got a correct diagnosis, allowing us to get proper treatment and progress immediately. The folks up front are really pleasant and make this place run efficiently. If I move an hour away I'll probably still make the drive.

My daughter has autism and actually started using some words within 4 months. Anna and Autumn at the front desk have top tier customer service, they try their best to fit you into scheduling if you need another time than your kid's normal scheduled appointment, and the finance department will work with you so your child can continue to receive therapy if you get behind as long as you talk to them. My daughter had 2 therapists here before going with Carly... all three were knowledgeable and worked with my daughter at her own pace. I personally love Carly who introduced us to the AAC device and is currently undergoing that process to see if it's a good fit for my kid. if I could give 10 stars to Cornerstone, I would. Hate that'll I'll be moving away next year as I will miss this facility, but I know my daughter is receiving the best care for speech therapy until we finally leave.

We both saw that i did not have enough pills and he took said exactly "i will put in an order for you today because that wont last you until monday" he never put in an order for me, and they are closed over the weekend anytime ive looked to call so im stuck without my medicine on monday. And, I've found it quite difficult to find the right fit, to be honest. So, early on, I really struggled to find the right physician and group for my kids. And, the fact is, when you choose your child's doctor, you aren't just making that choice - you are choosing the office staff, the physical office space and location, the hours, the other group physicians, etc. We lived in Franklin years ago, when my kids were little. I have plenty of "horror" stories of the various physicians and groups we tried out then. From 2004-2008 we were in Florida, and it was even more difficult there - I never found a physician I was confident in! When moving back to Tennessee, a lot of prayer (yes! prayer) went into my search for a new pediatrician. Dr. Pinkley was the first we saw, and we've never regretted that decision. Fantastic facility (and I've been in some nasty offices!), pleasant and helpful staff, generous office hours, great nurses, and we've had good experiences with the other doctors, the few times we were unable to see Dr. Pinkley. We've used this group for 7 years now, and never looked back. We love Dr. Pinkley!

Dr. Lohse is so personable, so caring and clearly explains things - usually using visual examples. My son has had tummy issues, and they were so sympathetic, kind and knowledgeable. I could go on and on. I highly, highly recommend. The practice also has an on-call nurse available, so you can call in during business hours with any questions - fabulous for a new mama. They follow up after appointments to check on us, and make sure we're doing all right. They've given us samples of formulas, probiotics, etc...above and beyond. They also have an awesome website with a ton of FAQ's and such.

We've been taking our youngest to her since birth and have moved our others kids to this practice. The nurses are all wonderful. We've always gotten great scheduling. Recently one of our little suffered an ankle injury and they got us seen within 30 minutes and pulled out all the stops to get them to the orthopedist immediately. We are so incredibly greatful to everyone at Vanderbilt pediatrics and highly recommend. The care has been excellent all around.

Oh Lord,,,not the flu!!!…read more My kids have been sick for a couple of days so off we went to the doc today. We were called back within 10 minutes of arriving. Seen by the doc pretty much as soon as we got a room and out of there within 20 minutes of walking through the doors. She didn't think my son had the flu but she decided to give him a flu test just in case. Luckily, no flu. This clinic is courteous, clean and fast. Great place for the kiddos and the best part is that a few of the docs here will see up to 3 kids at the same time..It's great so that I don't have to make multiple appointments. Our town doesn't have a pediatrician, so going 30 minutes out of town to the doc multiple times is such a hassle. Maybe one day we will get one in Westmoreland, but for now this will be the place we choose :)
