I did 24 years in the Active Army and never seemed to be blessed with children which makes my dogs all the closer. At the same time this was going on I had my wife at the medical center being treated for a possible ulcer brought on by the weeks of 24/7 care we had been giving the old girl. It just could not go on as we were both getting exhausted and sick ourselves and Gypsy was not going to get better. We had to watcher constantly to make sure she could get up and outside when she needed too. I've never had a cat, ever. We were both working 55 hour work weeks so instead of having cattle we had a cat ranch because the 2 cat's my BA neighbor lets us have were both pregnant. We provided for these baby's with food & fresh water twice a day 365 days a year for all comers. I control the bigger pest they control everything else. Well I'm retired now an can't image not having 7 indoor cats and not quite sure how many free range baby's. I decided to change our Vet we had for years and I'm happy to have found our new Vet. They don't over charge or sell you things you don't need--they care about their customers and animals getting the care they need. My husband became extremely ill and had to go to some out of state specialists. Money was really tight. TLC boarded my animals for half price (put two to a cage instead of one per cage). I couldn't have boarded them if she hadn't helped me out by doing this. My animals would have been out in the freezing cold for a week when they're used to being inside. TLC understands emergencies that people have. They are all heart all the time. All the employees are super great too. They make you feel like you've gone to a friend's house with their warm welcome's and helpfulness. My animals like this vet too. They've been to some they didn't like and you can tell the difference. They also carry all kinds of food, pills, drops etc that your pet needs. We're very rural so no place close sells the special food that one of my animals has to have. TLC stocks it for me so I don't have to drive three hours every couple of weeks to get some.
