I love going to Marugame Udon for lunch and grabbing a quick bite, or Haidilao for hot pot if I want something a little nicer. There's also a VERY popular Din Tai Fung here. In addition, there's a food court with some fast food options, a Shake Shack, etc. It's a beautifully maintained and designed outdoor mall with plenty of space to sit and lots of kiosks where you can get coffee or small treats. The fashion Valley Mall tho, is my main mall. This is the mall where I actually do most of my shopping. We watch movies at the AMC theater when we have extra time and get food at the cafeteria/food court area after hours of walking. My son never misses going inside the Laderach to get a free taste, the best chocolate there is. We love going to this mall, especially with my son now being a teenager, we would most likely be doing lots of our shopping activities here especially at his favorite boutiques, like the zumies, Hollister, Rayban, and plenty others I do not recall.... We also love going to The escape room where the mall is. My favorite is the Nordstrom Rack! ;) The holidays tho could get really packed and busy but there's alot of nice things to see and lots of good deals to look forward to.

The mall itself has great stores, but what stood out to me was the number of homeless individuals throughout property. As a shopper, I did not feel comfortable walking around the mall. My two young kids were very uncomfortable, I have to move them from the food court and sit and eat elsewhere. For a high-end shopping destination, I expected a cleaner, safer, and more welcoming environment. Management needs to do a better job maintaining the property and ensuring guests feel comfortable while shopping. Unfortunately, this experience was enough that I won't be returning.

Whats more, all the marked "30 minute" parking spaces are right in front of Orange Theory and don't impact any of the parking to the two nearby businesses... Vons and Union Bank. The 30 minute parking spaces benefit no other businesses except for Orange Theory. You can go to the website for the shopping center and use the "contact" form to reach out to them, but they never reply. There is no business name for the managing company and therefore, no way to contact them to inquire about this absurd parking issue. Overall, a decent shopping mall for all the local residents but sad when they limit the parking like this and the only people who would use these spaces, need a minimum of 60 minutes.
