King Appliance tech set up an appointment and then called me back and actually came 3 hours before the appointed time. The diagnosis was thorough, but we determined that our 10-year old refrigerator was not worth repairing (parts alone were $500 and Samsung timeliness to get the parts was 4 weeks). King's service call charge was a modest $89 all taxes in. Definitely competent and honest, i would use them for any appliance reoairs.

Universal Appliance was totally disinterested in my experience. 5.30am was dark (it was Winter), obviously, I was still in bed, clearly not expecting a delivery. I struggled to lift the appliance and had to ask a neighbour for help. Universal Appliance had said that instillation was covered by the additional cost but were dismissive of my experience. The experience was, quite frankly both disturbing and threatening. I have bought an Aga stove and the Sharp multi function microwave from this company. I will never patronize them again.

He ordered a new one, went and got it and when got it back to the condo, discivered it was incorrect (apparently the supppliers schematics was incorrect) so he had to go back to get the correct one. I payed the invoice and was finally told they do not know what else can be wrong and advised to call authorized service!!! Really?
