I had a problem with my dryer not spinning. The problem was diagnosed very quickly. The service was friendly and honest. Absolutely would use again. There was some drama that I was not aware of when trying to order the replacement part. I deducted one star because I was not informed while this was happening, and was left to think that I had been forgotten, when I clearly wasn't. I needed a very old dryer repaired. George, one of their technicians, came to assess the dryer the day after my call. He arrived on schedule and quickly determined the problem. Thankfully he had the parts needed and the dryer has been repaired. In addition to replacing the broken part, he vacuumed years of dust and crud from the unit and greased all parts needing grease. He was very professional and courteous. This repair saved me from having to buy a new dryer! Also, the person taking the service calls was very polite and helpful. If I could give zero stars, I would. They came to my rental a month ago and told me the dryer wasn't drying because it wasn't hooked up to the vent. This made no sense, as it had worked fine for the last two years. Less than a month later, I called them again to report that the dryer had no heat. It took me three calls and a week of waiting for them to finally inform me that it's a separate issue and that they could send someone in five days. Horrific service! To top it off the receptionist was telling me it was my fault for not information her the dryer had no heat. How does that even make sense if that is the reason I was calling?! read more

Absolutely terrible customer relations. I called three times and at their suggestion even emailed pictures of the problem with my fridge. No response to the emails after a week, At first I was given an erroneous address despite my spelling it out for her. Subsequent emails were also ignored. In a follow up call I was told they do not repair my brand of refrigerator despite them having the brand logo on their website. With this kind of response how do they even stay in business? read more

Arrived with 24 hours, called beforehand to confirm as promised. Our washer proved to be toast/unrepairable but the technician charged only the minimum. Bad news but at least we found an honest, reliable and competent appliance repair source. Highly recommended. read more
