Unfavorable home inspection reports needing lots of costly renovations, the sudden death of my husband (the Executor of his Mom's Estate) causing last minute legal panic to avoid a foreclosure sale, and simply being unable to physically and mentally cope with the unfortunate situation we found ourselves in became too much to bear at times. Not only did Samuel and Steven work their magic on even finding a buyer for our La Verne home, but they went well above and beyond what I ever, ever expected...
