I called in to request for my clients bill back in March of this year and they gave me instructions on how to submit, which I followed. 2 week later I called to follow up on the status they told me they emailed to me. It was not emailed to me so I gave them a different email address to resend. Again I called to follow up and I didn't get an email. This happened at least 3-4 times. So I called the 5th time and they told me to contact the provider directly to request for the bill. I called them and they said IPB hasn't sent any documents to retrieve my clients bill. Long story short I didn't and haven't received my clients medical bill, so the provider ended up asking me to fax over the signed authorization and billing request documents so I can receive my clients bill, which I had already mailed to IPB back in March. read more
