Kimberly was always very helpful and always very cheerful on the phone no matter how difficult the situation became. After two weeks of trying to get the insurance approved for my wife I was told by Anthem that the application was being denied. Kimberly knew how much it meant to me to get the insurance approved because of my wife's declining health. A couple days went by and I felt all was lost and then I received the most amazing news from Kimberly that she got my wife's insurance policy approved! I wanted to go back to what I enjoyed before, and Greg and his team at State Farm are just that: Personable, friendly ... You get a "real human" on the phone quickly here, with affordable coverage. (Anytime you call Geico now, you get an endless phone maze and inevitably end up with the wrong division/office.) Greg himself personally stepped in to ensure my son gets coverage on his new car on the day before Christmas break, going above and beyond ...
