When he called this company to tow his car, the driver saw his slurred speech and assume he was drunk. He told him that he was going to call the cops. My brother told him that he had a medical condition and tried to show him proof but the driver immediately walked away from him. When the police arrived they too ignored my brother, who at this point was getting worked up (which causes his cataplexy to act up), and the police officer immediately arrested him and, also refused to check his medication documents. He wrote him a DUI ticket -- which he has to go to court over, which will be thrown out once the results of his urine test come. This is a company that should be offering help and instead they have only hindered. If I could leave zero stars I would. Shame on Sims towing.

Most shops and towing companies were closed but not Fast Friendly's. They had a tow truck sent to me within 30 mins. I continued my trip in a different vehicle and asked if they could do everything possible to have my car done 2 days later on my way back through after skiing. They met the short timeline, despite having to tow my vehicle, order a special part (drive train baring), install, and quality check their work. I could not be happier with the service. I had the best case scenario thanks to Fast Friendly's. They even charged me less than quoted because they did not use all the parts they thought were needed. Josh the manager provided timely updates via text the whole time and I am very pleased. 5 stars. I can't thank them enough.

But our insurance company Progressive found Josh's company and he was happy to help. It wasn't safe to drive our truck to the repair shop so Josh showed up at our campground and gave us a tow. He even popped the hood and diagnosed the issue for us. He offered to fix it himself but didn't have the part in stock. We would have gladly let them repair instead of the shop, but we were leaving the campground that day and needed a quick fix. Gave us a ride to the shop. Very friendly and easy to talk to. My vehicle was estimated totaled at chardon square collision which they notified my insurance and so I cancelled the claim and picked up my "totaled" vehicle. Upon pickup I noticed all of my badges and emblems for my vehicle were missing I questioned the manager and they said "it must have broke during inspection" when I pointed out that I had front end collision and that the badges on my trunk were missing they blamed their parking lot for not being fully fenced in. Let me remind you this is in a smaller town on the same street within a mile of the police station AND their lot has a gate. Me and my insurance received a quote close to 9 thousand dollars and that made insurance deem it totaled. I visited Middlefeild foreign auto and my quote was less than half of that out of pocket. Now I have a clean title after cancelling my claim and a trust worthy mechanic. I had to make a yelp account just for this btw
