He came back around 3 times free of any additional charge before the job started for tree staking and guidance with my project, that included trees on the property line and other inherent tree issues with my pretty complex project. On top of that he even came back again free of any additional charge after my job was completed to check on my pine tree because we subsequently had some paver demo and excavator work done around the tree that could have harmed the tree he said. The work he did looks very good to me, but I'm just amazed how much extra of his time and effort he put into my project. I definitely plan on using him in the future.

His crew was already in the neighborhood and showed up just a few hours later. They safely took down all three trees (including a full stump grind on the big one near the house), removed a giant heavy branch hanging toward our roof from the utility tree, and trimmed two others. Everything was done professionally with great care around the house, power lines, and landscaping. They clearly know what they're doing and worked efficiently -- the whole job only took a couple of hours. The price was very fair for the amount of work and the risks involved. We paid them $7,000 -- a wildly overpriced amount -- but because they did a good job for us in 2022, we trusted them again. That trust was a huge mistake. It is now three months later and my yard is still in complete despair. The owner, Joe, specifically agreed to also remove the stump, and yet it still sits rotting in my backyard. Because of this, weeds have overtaken the space and my family hasn't been able to enjoy our backyard the entire summer. I have called, texted, and left voicemails multiple times. Joe occasionally responds just enough to string me along, then disappears to chase new projects and new customers' money, while completely ignoring the work I already paid him for. His behavior is unprofessional, dishonest, and absolutely disgraceful. At this point, I've contacted officials, and my attorney will be handling this matter moving forward. Save yourself the money, time, and stress -- this company will scam you, waste your summer, and leave your yard in worse condition than before.
