This is a family-owned business that gives personalized service. I even used them to print my wedding invitations. I simply showed them a sample that I saw on the internet and they were able to source the paper for me and make the necessary adjustments to the artwork. The printing quality was top-notch. The prices are pretty reasonable too. I got my biggest surprise when they printed my wedding 'thank you' cards for free! I hope to work with them again in the future.

I have been satisfied with the ease of searching through the articles and sections. I have never received a physical paper. Even though I paid for a monthly recurring subscription. Today I reached Carla on the phone, she was exceptional in listening and coming up with a solución. She was thorough and patient as she listened to my issues. Her solution: credit my account for the past missed issues and delivery of today's paper. That's what I had hoped to gain without pleading or lamenting endlessly of poor customer service. Nope. This weekly, free paper comes out every Thursday and can be found on stands throughout Long Beach. The "So Moved" section will keep you up to date on City Council, and the "Business Beat" column will keep you informed as far as new businesses, closed businesses, ownership changes, etc.etc. (For example, I just checked this week's Business Beat and found out there's a new Bob's Big Boy in Signal Hill! No more drives to Burbank for that cherished chili spaghetti!) Lots of other good stuff in this little paper, including good local coverage of the arts as well. But there are two key gems you must know about: 1. Rental Listings. If you are considering getting an apartment in Long Beach, this is as close as you'll get to a one-stop shop. Make sure you get the paper first thing Thursday morning and start calling and looking at places right away because by the weekend the best places will usually already be gone. It's as close as you can get to a comprehensive source, and it's much better than the PT's listings or than driving around to all the property management places and picking up their individual listings. 2. Restaurant Coupons. There are a ton of coupons in the paper for local restaurants, and the restaurant reviews are pretty good as well. P.S.
