I signed up at the grocery store on 11/19/23. I was specified that I wanted the physical paper delivered to a particular school in my area and to receive the email version to my personal email. Instead I'm getting it to my work email and it has not been received at the school. I called to get this fixed and nothing has been. I go online and tell the chat person the issue. Then I get a voicemail asking questions that were clearly discussed and answered in my chat. I subscribed to this paper about a month ago and I love this newspaper. I feel it is honest straight forward real journalism. Definitely a conservative newspaper not the liberal trash fake media. If you love this country and you like honest conservative reporting you will like this paper. If you're the new General Wave of Liberal Democrats hoping for socialism or communism you won't like this paper. Either way it is a fact based newspaper with research done before reporting. I like how easy it is to open it up electronically and click on an article and it expands to have the specific article to be read easily. It's really very difficult to take the positive reviews for this biased paper seriously given the frequent use of made up accounts associated with The Epoch Times. Today alone- 8/6/2020- Facebook removed 330 fake accounts with made up names; all were related to Epoch Times. Given that, how are we supposed to trust positive reviews? And before anyone jumps to the conclusion that this is some grand Left Wing conspiracy against Epoch Times, I want to remind you how tiny and niche they are in terms of market. There's literally no reason to victimize them. If they didn't need to create their fake audience, most of us wouldn't even know them. There's also the fact that the tough talk/take no prisoners school of conservative discourse should make it IMPOSSIBLE to complain that people are picking on you. I mean, conservative thinking is that you can make race jokes without repercussion because people are "too sensitive" and "looking for a REASON to be offended", right? So any criticism against conservative thinking and media is just talk. There is literally no room for conservatives to complain without looking like hypocrites. This paper is awful. It's badly written and arrives unsolicited in most cases. Find something better for the bottom of your birdcage so you keep the respect of your parrot. read more

The content of the paper was ok. I liked some of it, some of it I didn't. Of course radical leftists are going to slam it as the whole thing being trash like I've seen in some of the reviews. The 1 star is for their customer service. I had subscribed to the print edition of the paper for awhile, then found I wasn't reading it regularly. I cancelled my subscription. After a few weeks I received an email to reactivate my subscription at a rate of $4.99 per month. I thought great, I'll do that. So I followed the link on the email and signed up, only after I signed up did it state anywhere that is was a digital only subscription. That's not what I had previously. I had the print and digital. If I receive an email that says "reactivate my subscription" and it's not the same as I had before that's not reactivating. That's a whole new subscription. I contacted them about it and they basically said, sorry for the confusion but it's only for digital. I told them there was no confusion at all because I have excellent reading comprehension and the email specifically said "reactivate my subscription". This was an underhanded bait and switch operation. The Epoch Times just brushed me off. I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint. As you can see from the attached screenshot of the letter from the BBB, they closed out the complaint after Epoch failed to respond to the complaint. How unprofessional. read more

I've subscribed to this paper for several years. It's a balanced news source. I've read reviews which suggest that Epoch Times pushes a Chinese agenda. While the paper did start in Hong Kong, the one I read is very much American. I recommend it highly. read more

As a lifelong Democrat until recently, I get these other reviews. I was there myself. But I have seen the media up close and it is much less ethical than most know. It is total bias now. Search for "mockingbird media" for a hint on the truth. I have had middle aged female reporter's offer their bodies to go through famous people's trash when I was in college. It's that desperate. Too many people fighting for too few jobs to pay of student loans unwise to say the least? Seems so. I saw the same with scientists fudging numbers to keep the funding going. Some crying on my shoulders after showing me discarded Petri dishes. One which didn't support a needed conclusion. I offer the same firm and fearlessness love to the armed mugger and those wrapped in political identity, alike. It is this: Bad arguments, steeped in political identity (ego).. will do the opposite of your stated goal. And it won't help sharpen my arguments and help me find the flaws in my reasoning. I am not defending any one flawed man. I am not your enemy. I am sharpening your argument so that when we see Hitler or any form of the Lucifer experiment again.. (for real).. he or she won't be able to use this clever mechanism of underdogism to make us defend someone we otherwise wouldn't. I live in San Diego but this past Sunday got the Chinese version of the LA Epoch Times. I did not subscribe to this and I do not read Chinese. Called the 626 329-4466 number on the front of the newspaper but nobody can get me through to an English speaking employee. An female operator tried to transfer me a few times but each time got disconnected. Really frustrating. read more

The Epoch Times is the most extraordinary newspaper I've read in my lifetime. It has so much information, and does such in-depth reporting about issues, current events, political analysis and lifestyle topics that it is clearly in a catagory of its own. I read all the major papers, from WSJ to the NYT, and I can say without reservation that TET is THE BEST.
