They beat their quoted turnaround time and we were very satisfied with the print quality and super fast turnaround. I just need 2 copies made from an original photo. Thats all. Color Images replies saying it was $5 and can be done while I wait. I replied to confirm and they said it was easy and to come on down. So I send my husband in the following day to drop off the picture. After dropping it off he calls me back and tells me how rude the guy at the counter was to him and just how complicated he made a simple task seem. He said the guy acted like it was just a huge inconvenience, asking several questions for what should be simple and self explanatory and complaining that they normally do larger jobs , blah blah blah. At the end of the day I hadn't heard back from them as promised to let me know it was ready. I was already on a time crunch, because I intended this picture as a gift to someone who was visiting so I stopped by to see if it was finished (4pm, drop off was 9am) and the guy said "Oh, I forgot, let me warm up the machine". About 10 min later I have the copies. Now remember, I specifically asked for a color print of a glossy photo and they specifically responded that they can provide this. What I got was AWFUL. It was a morphed, discolored, paper copy. Common sense dictates that if someone asks for a copy of a glossy photo then theyd get a glossy photo in return. Its was so terrible. I think he even tried to balance the color, which made it worse...... The original photo was taken is soft lighting but it came out like it was red..... I dont even know how to explain it other than it was absolute garbage. Like I said, maybe they do good work on large print jobs but this place had no business reaching out to me when I was specific about what I was looking for AND the guy who is at the service desk is rude and unprofessional. I dont care about the measly $5. I care that my time was wasted and that both my husband and I were treated poorly. Oh, and I had to ask for my card back because he didnt return it at the end of the task and yes, he forgot because he sent me on my way before giving it back. I drove straight to CVS and printed out a perfect glossy duplicate for under $1.00, self service, took 3 minutes, the picture wasnt damaged or bent like I had feared which is why I did not go in the first place and no drama.

They also let me throw the airplanes in the shop to see if it would fly properly before printing the rest out haha. Overall, great experience. Oh for my wedding booklet it cost me total $1.20 to print (I brought my own papers). I replicated a vow booklet I saw online for $40. To print 75 airplanes = $11.25 (brought my own papers. On Etsy they're selling pre-folded wedding airplanes for $1 each. Super happy I get to save some money through my DIYs and I'm grateful this shop is not too far away from me

Home delivery stinks!!!! We have a delivery guy who delivers our paper when the mood hits him, not…read moreat the time that was stated for delivery when we subscribed for the San Gabriel Valley Times!!! To add insult to injury, our paper arrives late so it sits in our driveway all day instead of my taking it with me to work. It is thrown into our wet driveway when the sprinklers are on or on the front sidewalk for the neighbors to have to walk on? Pathetic delivery!!!! I had the LA Times originally but had the same delivery issues only to find out that the same guy delivers both the LATimes and San Gabriel Valley Tribune, so obviously the issue is the delivery guy!!!! I have a long list of complaints confirmation numbers but apparently home delivery is of no interest to both the newspapers and the delivery guy!!!! A waste of money!!!!

I opted to drive over to El Monte to pick up the paper because my students said that they had delivery issues in the past because the paper was not delivered as promised and when they distributed the paper the date at distribution time did not match because the paper was delivered late. When I asked why it wasn't ready, although I communicated this once in writing and 3 times over the phone they said it must have been a communication issue. The production office also said that since it's a small job it could be completed tonight for delivery tomorrow. I sent the paper Friday. I asked to be put on the schedule for pickup on Sunday. I suppose small jobs don't take priority for this company, but I've dealt with other printers who have prioritized high school journalism. If we keep having communication issues I'll likely take my school's business elsewhere. If you're on a tight distribution deadline and you're a small job, beware. You might not matter to this company. I gave two stars because they're still going to print my paper tonight and if I call when the night crew comes in there might be a chance that I can pick it up tonight.
