This was the only location we really considered due to their reasonable prices, outstanding customer service, and the convenience of the location. They are also very flexible about their packages and are willing to accommodate your wishes to help you create your own perfect and unique wedding. We mostly worked with Jemaya, who is FANTASTIC. However, she was not available for the day of our rehearsal, so we were switched to another coordinator who was not as experienced. If you are considering Wedgewood, I would recommend that you insist on having Jemaya. The banquet team was also amazing, and thanks to them, we had a delicious meal and we were well looked-after all night. We also used the Wedgewood photographer John, who was extremely professional and put everyone at ease. We especially enjoyed working with John because he seems to enjoy his job so much! If you are a couple that isn't sure what you want, or don't want to try to organize the hassle of vendors on your own, I would highly recommend Wedgewood. I have to say that Wedgewood has made my whole planning experience easy and enjoyable. Angelica helped us through every step and gave great advice. It was a great joy to work with everyone at Wedgewood. I am living in Virginia but had my wedding in Riverside. Angelica and Jemaya always responded back quickly to my emails and reworked my budget more than once. They were always gracious and accommodating. They even showed great concern when the gray cloud of the government shutdown threatened our wedding. They really cared about us and made us feel like a priority. Nicholas our catering Captain was very attentive but not uptight. We were able to joke with him and have a good time. Wedgewood took all the worry and stress out of the planning process. What a wedding! My husband and I were married last week at Wedgewood Indian Hills and it was all that we could ever hope for. The staff there was amazing, professional and accommodating. I had my wedding this past Saturday and I have to say I am so happy with the way everything turned out. We booked the venue two years ago and the team at wedgewood took so much care of us. They answered all my emails and questions throughout the whole process and everyone was very professional and organized. We made many changes throughout the two years and they had no issues making the changes for us. We had so many extra personalized moments from our tree ceremony to our violinist to our rave session and they coordinated well with all our vendors to make every little extra thing work out and it was literally the best day ever. Me and my now wife got married on our 11 year Anniversary and we just wanted to have the most amazing wedding and it was everything we had ever dreamed of. The ceremony was amazing the venue was so beautiful and being able to have it outside was Amazing. The buffet food turned out so tasty I recommended that you do go with the open bar they kept the drinks flowing all night. Ilene made sure everything was perfect and on time. This venue IS the best for weddings and receptions. Chef Elgin is a phenomenal cook and he does it professionally. With their buffet, your guest gets a lot of food and the atste is absolutely wonderful. My family and friends who attended my wedding and my reception there are still talking about the food. The taff was very professional. The staff who assisted in helping in the food area were: Vanessa, Eileen, Chef Elgin, Daisy, Luis, Nadia and Shana. As a wedgewood bride, I will be the first to say that our wedding was not 100% perfect and flawless but lets be honest, It never is good enough, especially for the bride, lol. It always "could have been better". Yes, there were a couple of mistakes here and there but nothing that couldn't be handled by the wonderful staff that were in charge. We were paying for our entire wedding on our own and the services that are provided with this venue were beyond helpful and the convenience of this location was great. Jemaya was my main contact person and I could not say enough about her amazing customer service. I always got a quick response via email or phone. She was there every step of the way trying to make this day very special and she succeed greatly. I'm so glad we got the coordinator services because she knew what needed to be done and how to make things as stress free as possible on our special day. I was recently married here on 9/28/14. The whole process was great. The staff took great care of everything!! The bartender Gabriel was awesome and very kind. Our banquet leader Kellie was also awesome and catered to my wife and my needs throughout the reception. Angelica made sure everything was on time and even adjusted to wait for some guests to arrive. Not really sure where to start with how much of a horrible experience the actual day of the event was. Leading up to the event My wife and I were reassured that everything was going to turn out great, our dream wedding would come true by allowing wedgewood to be coordinate and arrange our wedding. Before I get started it rained on our wedding day and in no means am i blaming that on wedgewood, the problem was that there was no "plan" to accommodate this. Leading up to our wedding we stresed how important music and the DJ is to us, I emailed and reached out 2 months before the date so he can meet with us and get to know us. He declined and said email communication would be fine, when brought to Wedgewoods attention they assured us he was the best. We were very specific with what we wanted played and that we wanted ALL music to be unedited. We were getting married on my birthday and my wife had wanted him to sing happy birthday to me. On the day of the wedding It was cloudy and forecast called for rain. *******update they reached out to us personally saying the regional manager would call us. 7 days later and no call......do you really want to deal with this place on your special day.....I think not! read more

I am writing this review a little over a month after getting married at the Wedgewood Wedding Banquet Center at the Indian Hills Golf Club in Riverside, CA. We picked a Wedgewood location because we liked the all-inclusive wedding packages that they offer. So many details go into a wedding and it seemed like a very helpful way to make wedding planning less stressful. We were pleased with the assistance that the Wedgewood staff gave us during the months prior to the wedding. We were also pleased with the florist and photographer that they used. Although Wedgewood made the 12 months prior to the wedding less stressful and enjoyable, unfortunately I cannot say the same thing for the actual day of the wedding. Your wedding day is the one day that you hope and pray goes perfectly or as close to perfect as it could be. Our wedding day started out that way, without a hitch. When arriving to the golf course my bridesmaids and I were greeted and taken to the bridal suite where we were told would be locked at all times and secure. Being reassured this I didn't think to question the staff or the possibility that our stuff could in any way be stolen. After the ceremony while taking pictures with our wedding party someone was able to access our bridal suite and steal two of my bridesmaid's purses. When arriving back at the bridal suite after pictures we thought that maybe someone on the staff had moved them but after checking the surveillance tapes it was confirmed that someone was able to access the bridal suite from the adjoining bathroom. This whole ordeal put a great damper on the rest of the night. I, the bride, was so worried about my friend's belongings that I couldn't even enjoy myself. Wedgewood says that they are not responsible for anyone's stuff being stolen or lost but our belongings were in a secure area, an area that they reassured me would be safe and locked AT ALL TIMES. We later found out that if you turn the deadbolt lock on the door that the keypad deactivates and the door is no longer locked. The staff failed to tell us how the locks worked and there were no signs present. Luckily, I hired an outside wedding planner who was overseeing our whole event. She said that the staff acted poorly after the theft incident first assuming that my friends had "misplaced" their purses. You would think that the days after the wedding we could enjoy being a married couple but instead we had to deal with that happened at our wedding. Instead of the general manager calling us, we had to call her. We have continued to be the first ones to contact her even until now. Wedgewood's lack of customer service has disappointed us greatly. You would think that they would show that they care or are putting any effort into this matter since my friends' belongings in the bridal suite were taken due to their lack of communication with our bridal party. It has been a little over a month since our wedding and Wedgewood has shown no compassion towards us in any way. Instead of taking responsibility they claim it is our fault. I personally think the theft is linked to someone who has worked at this location or still works there because who stole our belongings knew what they were doing. I would never suggest for anyone to get married at Indian Hills Golf Club or at any Wedgewood location for that matter. It's a shame that Wedgewood company thinks it's okay to ruin someone's special day especially after paying to have our wedding there. Although our wedding day was still very special to us I do regret getting married there. read more

My then fiance and I were engaged in July and decided in late August that we wanted to get married on October 7 (testing our sanity for some reason!). On top of all of that, my fiance and I didn't live in California but wanted to get married there. I spent a whole week looking around for a venue that could help me with as many details as possible long distance at a reasonable cost. I wasn't having any luck finding a venue that offered it all, conveniently from long distance until I called Wedgewood. I jumped on the opportunity to work with this team as right off the bat they were so helpful. We booked the venue within a week and were offered great rates and help from the very beginning. I had two months to plan a wedding and was able to get every little detail I want sorted within 3 weeks of booking the wedding. Wedgewoods vendors knew what to do and guided me through each process. The staff at wedgewood were amazing the day of, so friendly and our wedding coordinator made sure everything went smooth. I had no stress during the planning or the day of because of all of the help I received. My husband and I were extremely impressed with the service, and the FOOOOOOD was AMAZING. All of our guests kept telling us how thankful they were that the food was exceptional (bad previous experiences I suppose). I highly recommend Wedgewood for an easy, stress free wedding experience. If I had to do it all over again I would choose Wedgewood over a fancier venue just for the awesome service. read more

We did most of our planning with Veronica and she made our wedding day stress free and their coordination went smoothly. She was so awesome! My daughter's wedding took place at this facility in October. Linda, Jemaya and Mike provided excellent service. Linda went beyond the call of duty in anwering the ongoing questions from this MOB. On the day of the wedding, Wedgewood's attention to detail was unbelievable. The gazebo area and reception hall were beautiful and set up as requested. The wait staff was impeccable and very accommodating. Our guests are still oohing and aahing over the wedding and still comment on what a wonderful time they had. Great value, great staff, delicious food and exceptional location = happy bride, groom and MOB and FOB. We had our wedding here a couple weeks ago and couldn't be more happy. Everything went without a hitch. Angelica, Jemaya, and Linda could have not been more helpful or accommodating. Every time we called to ask for something the answer always seemed to be yes. Even the couple things that I thought they would say no to they still said YES!!!!! They were there for us the months heading up to the wedding as well as on the wedding day. My favorite part was that when we walked up the aisle after the wedding Jemaya was there with cocktails for everyone in the wedding party that we could enjoy while taking pictures. We had the buffet with the carved beef and the chicken marsala. We were a little nervous because we didn't get to taste the food ahead of time but it was really good. The venue was beautiful and the waitstaff especially Logan was very friendly. I would definitely recommend getting married at this place. Oh and I forgot to mention that the price is pretty much impossible to match for what you get. Our package also included the DJ and invitations so it gave us one less thing to worry about. read more

I used this banquet hall for a fundraising my non-profit org was planning, and I can't tell you how amazing my experience was. Angelica made all the planning stress-free. She was patient with contacting us, and she made sure that everything went according to plan. We had about three meetings before the big day. I arrived to find absolutely everything set up perfectly, just like we agreed on. She even threw in a few bonuses free of charge. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. I just had to loook like I was looking for someone, and the staff would run over to see what they could help me with. The food was amazing! Better than any banquet food I've had before. The only bad dish was the olive pasta. It was dry and needed some dressing. All in all, I had a wonderful experience, and will definitley be recommending this venue to friends. read more

My sister had her wedding at this place, they offered her a good price and promised he a great event. That was not the case, in the middle of wedding we were kicked out of the bridal room and had to move all our stuff. The food was bad, cold. It tasted like it was frozen and just reheated. The service was horrible too, the waiters were slow and lazy. They were not professional, they served several tables at the same time and when it came time for the toast 2 of the 8 tables didn't have cider. At the end of the event we didn't even get dessert, but we were charged for it. DON'T GO TO WEDGWOOD if you want a good event. read more

Our daughter was recently married at Wedgewood and we could not be happier. From the very first appointment and up through the ceremony and reception, everything was first class. There were no stones left unturned and Wedgewood's staff went above and beyond to meet our expectations. The entire experience was more than we even hoped for. We loved the location. Ceremony and banquet on the same site and it was a beautiful setup inside and out. They offered customizable packages at reasonable prices which is what caught our attention. Linda and Jemaya were the GREATEST. All of the staff was wonderful from beginning to end. They were quick to return calls and answer any questions. On the day of our wedding they were wonderful and helpful to our family with setting up. And our family and friends still can not stop raving about how beautiful the ceremony location and banquet hall was. Also they loved the food! We went for the buffet option and it was great.
